I am giving this Regions Bank 4 stars because I've probably had my smoothest banking experience here - much to my surprise. The location is pretty inconvenient given the back up traffic that flows here. I had to come here because this is one of the few INSTANT ISSUE Regions banks in the area. It took me longer to drive here than get my new card. The teller was polite and only required my ID and social security (or account number) to get a new card. I was in and out of there in about 5 minutes! Very pleasant experience given Regions experiences in the past.

This branch s located in the same plaza as Aldi, but in its own corner so parking is plentiful. Compare to the other branches, the staff here is not very friendly and not eager to help. I was in the middle of a transaction, and the teller disappeared for a long while, I had to ask another teller if she went on break!
