This 7-11 wasn't as bad as I thought. I was expecting slurpee juice everywhere and hot dogs on the floor for it to have a 2.9 score. The cashier took about 3 minutes to pay attention to me, but when she did she understood English, so I don't see what the big deal is?

Don't know what all the bad press is about. The moment I walked a clean well stocked store. The attendants were as as can be.

I live in the area and hate this place, cashier rude and always ignoring customers, coffee dispensers are always empty out of order, Gas pumps always broken out of service
avoid this place you've been warned!

I used to come here after class, when i was an undergrad, which i still am, i would come for the cappuchino and it would always not sit well with me but either way i love coming here and i will be back :)

Very rude cashier. Horrible experience. First and foremost, I’m a gold member, and the two lady cashiers at this 7-eleven can never apply my rewards into the system or apply my benefits, then they get mad and impatient when I question why not? If I have the benefits. This specific day, the lady cashier (her name starts with an Hor) became impatient and rude, she told me I didn’t have the benefit, and that the system is not giving me the rewards. I showed her the app where it clearly states I have the reward. I explained to her that the other day, another gentlemen cashier was able to do it, she rudely said well why don’t you come back when he’s here.” She continued commenting to her co-worker about how I was always a problem, complaining about me and then proceeded threatening me by calling the police?????? Are you serious? For what? Mind you all this for a cup of coffee!!!! ?!! I end up paying for it. Is this how you treat your customers? Being rude and making threats?? I’m not ever coming back to this location ! No thank you! and I’m submitting a corporate complaint. Which I just did. I called corporate. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable service.

In my purchase here now, the employee did not empathize at all because I did not speak Spanish, so I spoke to him in English and he did not help me either, he was still on his phone. Very bad service. Thank you John

Once again, they strike again if it’s not a really bad service slow attendance now it’s broken fuel pumps not one all of them. Some days is only one or two today. It’s all of them.

First time I ever leave a bad review on a company , but this gas station has the worst customer service ever . Please choose wisely when you choose your employees, customer service is not for everyone. The ladies in the morning do not have any customer service skills, they treat customer very bad and disrespectful .
