The customer service person , her name was Alba, she was wonderful . She was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and how to answer questions . Incredibly patient . We had an awesome experience . There should be more employees like her .

I came to the store because I was having issues with my phone and I believed it was the chip, but Lennerd assessed the situation correctly and came up with several solutions. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with me. I would definitely recommend.
