Very poor service. Had an appointments at 10;00 am. For a business advantage account. Twenty five minutes later I was still waiting for the rep. Two people came to apologize after I complained. No one resolved the issue. Not only you have to wait until 10:00 am for the to open the branch, but you have to wait thirty minutes for your appointment. I ended up leaving. I am sure going to make a point to take my business somewhere else.

Dissatisfied, disappointed and offended with the service, I was trying to change my legal name on the 5 accounts I have with them, since I’ve been getting a lot of mail and phone calls from Bank of America threatening me about closing my account or having problem with the IRS because the names didn’t match, and because I have 1 account with my mom, they said they can’t update my information unless this person sign. So when I told Angelique Diaz that doesn’t make any sense that the bank wants to keep my accounts with a wrong identity that doesn’t match my ssn or ID, and they had it wrong since before my name changed, she suggested that if I didn’t want to bring my mom I should CLOSE the account.That’s what the call customer service.Avoid this office, I guess you should avoid BOFA completely.

Horrible customer service, I was attended by Angelique Diaz. I was requesting an important bank officer statement. I showed her the requirements I needed, I tried explaining to her what I needed. She responded with i know I know and then I had to wait 3 days to receive the incorrect information on my bank officer statement.

after about 10+ years I visited this branch to get so documents (I do everything online) I have to say I was pessimistic about getting any support, these days customer service is a rare commodityThis Bank of America branch really went out of their way not only to help me but to make sure I was not frustrated with waiting so long, they were honest to tell me that I had to wait so the offered an appt for the next dayI went the other day and they were waiting and ready to help with my documents (they remembered my name when I arrived the next day)I was supported by 3 fantastic ladies Karena Bland, Mariloy Quiepo and the amazing lady at the Lobby that I dont remember her name (she is from Colombia)their approach and the way they handled the process of telling me that it would take a long time was very nice, it could have been very frustrating but they made it simple and niceTHANKS SO MUCH

I just spoke to someone at this location, she's either jacked up on cuban coffee or something else, would not even let me speak, listen, and spoke about 100 words per second...doesn't improve at all, i've been going there for years and it just gets worst

they wasted our time. the lady who greeted us asked about our transaction, we told her, she went and asked and said ok it can be done. We waited exactly 30 minutes. Bank employees with 5 people finish their work and go to a room at the back and do not come. I followed this and finally someone came, saying please tell them to come. The incoming person is someone who has just started working and is receiving training. For the transaction, he asked for a credit card or social security card or another identity card, and I gave your bank's credit card. After starting the transactions, they left the table 2-3 times and went somewhere. They were constantly looking for something on the screen and finally he said to me that he needed a social security card, including a credit card, for your information. After exactly 45 minutes, we realized that we were wasted and canceled the transaction. No employee has full knowledge, employees are just filling time.

Great service even though the bank on miamigardens the system was down i was seen here in an hour as was told by one of the bankers the young lady assisted me was absolutely professional Mariloy Quiepo put the icing on the cake especially it being on a Saturday!!

This place has the worst team ever. The work never meet the expertations. By the time I was in there I hear two more clients complaining about work incompetence. I needed provitional checks for my bussiness account because the person who created it forgot to give them to me. At the end they told me there was no solution to my problem. Now I am the one affected by the mistake. No one cares about the clients, and when I spoke to the manager about my dissapoinment she did not even care when I said I would close my three accounts. Horrible experience.

I can't believe there is only one teller for the entire bank.Ill thinking to closed all my business accounts.I was 20 min in line.
