I was a bit nervous at first about leaving my phone unlocked for the repair, but Thomas did a great job putting my mind at ease and reassuring me that my phone was in good hands. The process was smooth and professional from start to finish. When I returned, his coworker even offered me a bottle of water while Thomas wrapped things up, which was a thoughtful touch. Even Left with some great resources at check out and discounts to add. I’m very satisfied with the service here and appreciate the friendly, trustworthy experience!

This was my first time visiting a Batteries Plus establishment. The customer service was stellar. The place was clean and tidy. They offered many sales especially on batteries that cost an arm and a leg elsewhere. I was pleased with the service. I will return again.

I had no idea what kind of lightbulb I needed, but Thomas was super helpful and found the exact one for me. Great service and super knowledgeable, made the whole process easy. I went in a few weeks ago before at this store to get my phone fixed and it was done by Thomas also, he was very helpful and patient then, and he was really helpful again the second time I came in. Thanks, Thomas!

Horrible drove 55 minutes to pick up a CR-
P2 battery I needed 10 of them manager states he had 16 in stock once I arrive he had zero and apologize that his computer inventory was wrong and never checked the Shelf.

Batteries Plus located in North Miami Beach is the only location I trust when it comes to repairing my phone and it's been 3 years since I had several issues with my phones. Thanks to them, I never been disappointed or inconvenience getting a new phone. I highly recommend this location!!

Would not recommend going to this store very poor customer service. 2 employees were talking about their apple pay. The other employee, Manny, doesn't seem to understand how to listen to a customer when he is spoken to very clearly.

Customer service is lacking. They're selective on who gets greeted. The first rep who assisted me was pleasant, however the 2nd was dismissive and condescending. I will not return to this establishment.

Exceptional customer service, great prices, friendly, and informative… I needed to replace the battery for my Caterpillar Generator and walked in and in less than five minutes walked out with the battery I needed. Staff was very informative on my options for battery and made the process easy… this is where I’m buying any kind of battery I would ever need!

In my rush to purchase a new battery online, I neglected to do the proper research for my specific motorcycle. Upon realizing this at the time of “pick-up”, Manny was really accommodating; going as far as to make suggestions for alternate power sources, offering great advice for long term battery maintenance, and a “less wordy” explanation of the purchased battery’s warranty benefits. Overall, I left Battery + Bulbs 5 star satisfied!
