“I was in a bind with a stubborn lower ball joint not coming out. I did not want to drive far east to advance or pep, so I stopped here just to try. I am glad I did. Julio and everyone else there assisted me the several times that I came by with different tools that could help. In the end, the ball joint sleeve came out and completed before they closed. I was there at 859pm and they did not deny me entry. They even stuck around while I told them my odyssey with pictures and all. Thank you guys, you got another sure customer.”

“I don’t know why there are bad reviews but this is a great business I have to leave a 5+star review. They are friendly and honest, not try to tip people off. I got my expensive Michelin tires a few months ago at Coxxxx. I got a puncture in the tire and Coxxxx said they can’t repair it and I need to buy a new one ($250+)after 2 hours of waiting. I was super upset! I already spent $1000+ on their new tires and they still want to make more money just after few months?! Or they just don’t want to take the responsibility if they don’t fix it well? I went back to Family tire the next day at 8:30am. I waited for 3 hours and they fixed it for $25. The same scenario happened in the past, Family tire fixed my flat tire after Coxxxx refused to fix. Everyone here is friendly and helpful! It’s so rare to find this honest and fair price store. They always have a long line and they have a bigger shop east of pines. I believe their business is good because they do it well, honest and professional. Don’t be scared by the negative reviews, come and give it a try.”
