“I came in to have my phone checked because my charger wasn’t connecting properly to any adapters. The team was fantastic with their attention to my needs and the quick turnaround time. They immediately understood the issue and fixed it in less than a minute. What impressed me most was that they didn’t charge me for such a simple fix.I really appreciate that level of honesty and customer service, especially nowadays when it often feels like everyone is trying to make a quick buck. Thank you for the excellent experience!”
