I hate my own bank especially this location. Long line slow bankers and always broken ATM. 3 hours to see a banker for a mistake they made. You can’t run a business with this type or banking service. I opened up an account with Truist Bank business checking account using their promotion. I followed all the instructions to receive the $400.00. The lady who opened the account told me all I needed to do was to open a business checking account and maintain $1,500.00 for 2 months and I would receive the $400.00 usd. When 2 months came around, I went to the bank and nothing, they said that they will investigate and call me back with the results. They never was called me. I went to the bank again after two weeks and they told me that it was still under investigation.This bank wasted my time and certainly I feel very uncomfortable about it and that I the reason why I decided to write this review in order to help others.I believe the FTC, CFPB, CPA, BBB and all the pertaining governmental authority should look into their deceptive practices. I certainly do not think they are ethical.

The teller doesn’t drop screen on your account and continues to scroll and see where you spend your money and what you do. Very inappropriate. I asked why she’s scrolling through my account, and she said she wasn’t. I said I could see she is since the reflection on the plastic behind her shows everything. She then shut her screen and continued to say I was wrong. Look, I had you enter the account and check a transaction, and then I could see you stayed right there and as I started to leave you scrolled up and kept reading and looking and violating my privacy. I pulled my money out for ever. Bye bye BB&T/Truist. TDBank is 100% better.

I went into this location to handle some important information for my account. There was no long wait time. I was assisted by The Branch Leader Maria Castillo who was very courteous and professional and knowledgeable about the details that I needed. The process was handled in a timely manner I really appreciate the superb service that I received. Thank you Maria Castillo for a job well done.

Ever since the other branch on 57th has been closed this location has became a NIGHTMARE. It’s ridiculous that they have ONE teller for the amount of customers they get. I have been standing here as I write this review for 20mins there’s 2 other people behind me and the gentleman that is opening an account is basically finishing up while this teller is still with the SAME PERSON! This makes me want to take my money and my service else where !!!

The worse bank with the worse customer service , only two windows for service which only one is open the line up to the door full of customers and the manager and staff drinking coffee, talking taking there sweet time not worrying about the customer needs and valuable time . I hope this helps to improve the truist branch.

First of all, I make a call to anyone who may be interested or to the supervisor of this town. I want to tell him that he does not deserve even the first star. We are talking about that it hurts me that a lufar with so much prestige has people with very little costumer service ethics. I think that the managers they are the representation of the face of the places that you can perceive from a manager that you tell him, that it is hot and that the manager tells you that then he is going to close the branch because we are most of the clients one complains because there are older people waiting up to 1 hour because there is only one teller I think they should implement better strategies and better customer service

I felt like a thief, the account is in the name of my husband and me and I could not withdraw money, I had to transfer it to my account because the cashier believed that I was stealing from my husband, apart from that the cashier made me one of questions and I investigate all the movements of my account, the worst bank in the world I do not recommend it to anyone without mentioning the time that was taken in said investigation.

Excellent! I just called this branch to ask if I could pay my loan over the phone, and the lady that answered was so nice, friendly and patient. She looked up my info for me with pleasure. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to because of her great customer service! She mentioned her name at the beginning of the call but I forgot it. Keep up the good work!
