“These mechanics saved our vacation! After our 10 passenger adventure van started to break down on a 24 hour road trip, these mechanics saved the day! First, they correctly diagnosed both the problem and the source of the problem (bad spark plugs ruined by an oil leak) — after our (now fired) hometown mechanic refused to believe us when we said there was an oil leak somewhere—and second, they fixed it, getting us back on the road in 5 hours.
Only note of complaint is that the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, with no toilet paper, so we had to cross a busy road to go find a bathroom. Nonetheless, highly recommend these folks!”

“MasterClass is the best experience I've ever had with an automotive repair shop. We just had some expensive routine/preventative maintenance done on our Audi that would have easily cost a third more at the dealer, in fact Audi dealers would do well by taking a course from MasterClass on how to do service. MasterClass has trained European car mechanics and when they tell you there is needed work beyond why you brought the car in in the first place, they back it up with photos and an honest opinion whether it can wait and for how long, or whether it needs attention immediately. I can't say enough good about MasterClass and especially Victoria, their customer service representative. She's caring and takes time to explain every detail and she knows how your car works, every detail. She's the best! Highly recommend MasterClass Automotive!”
