“I have recently had my car fixed at Alexis Paint & Body Shop.
I had been to multiple shops for quotes in the area on what it would take to fix a large coin sized hole in my bumper. Yimy at Alexis gave me the best price, he is very nice, and also very professional. The work that was done for my car was fixing the hole in the front bumper, painting/blending 4 panels and they also purchased/replaced the fog light covers that were missing. Yimy and is crew did an expert job on fixing my bumper. I gotta say that I am super happy with the work and with the customer support that Yimy provided.

“Amazing results! No sanding, no painting, no cutting and or changing panels, etc. Wesley makes it happen. My car would have required cutting and replacing the rear quarter panel at a conventional shop (a big job). Then having to match new paint, etc. Snap was able to get the car back to original w/o changing or painting anything. It’s a lot of work but is worth it if you want to preserve your cars original parts and paint. If Wesley does not think he can perform a perfect repair, he will not do it. Great attention to detail which is hard to find in repair shops.”

From the beginning, everyone was so nice and helpful. Lily was especially sweet, pleasant, and easy to work with. The repair took about 2.5 weeks, mostly because we were waiting on the insurance adjuster, but once the insurance approved everything, they moved forward and did an excellent job.
They replaced the bumper and grill, and the car looks perfect. I’m very happy with the results and really appreciate their professionalism and service.

“I was in a car accident in September and Magic Touch was the first and last body shop I called. They are excellent — Alex explained the insurance process and answered all of my questions. He was also just fun and easy to talk to in general. They handled everything down to the rental car and looked out for other potential issues I was concerned about in case I needed to fix other parts, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They also made sure to call me to let me know exactly what they were going to do/which parts were needed, and they did a really good job on the body work.
Their guys really care about quality too. The man who painted my panel (I can't remember his name) even called me because he was concerned that it might look a little funny with the gloss since the rest of my Jeep needs a paint job. I was very appreciative of that kind of consideration.
When I went to pick my Jeep up, the same guy showed me everything they did and made sure I was happy with the work and also assured me that there were no other issues concerning the other parts I was worried about. Another thing I was really appreciative about is that aside from the body work, my Jeep was left in the same condition it came in, meaning nothing was damaged in the process (I've had issues with other mechanics breaking and/or misplacing things while fixing other things.)
Overall, this place is great — they've got great people and do good work. When it's finally time for a full paint job, I'll be calling them again for sure.”
