“Rarely would I bother to write a review about a tire shop. But...
This family owned business is amazing! I'm from out of town and had a flat. Went in and was immediately taken care of. But that's not where it stopped. That's only where it began. Friendly, helpful and, most importantly, HONEST!
Turns out, some tool let the air out of my tire while I was staying at a hotel. No actual tire damage.
I was treated with urgency, they were overly helpful and honest, and I was on my way in minutes.
I cannot recommend this place enough! Give them your business and you will be treated fairly.”

“Wheel Repair Tech great. Rather than be forced to spend $2000 on a new rim because the dealer only repairs scratches, They were able to repair it for a small fraction of the replacement cost. They were transparent about pricing up front, got it done in just over an hour, they were super professional and polite, and the end result is great. Can’t even tell there was any repair, and the car drives perfectly, a sign of well balanced wheels. Pricing was great and the value is exactly what you would expect. “I'd like to start by saying that this review was in no way solicited. I simply felt compelled to share my positive experience so others know how Ace Tire treats its customers.
I was referred to Ace Tire by a family friend and purchased four new tires.
Unfortunately, after only a month and a half, two of the four tires turned out to be defective, and the tread had worn down far more than it should have. I was understandably frustrated because I never expected to be dealing with tire issues so soon. I believe the tires left the factory with a defect, while Ace believed the problem was the result of a poor alignment performed by another shop.
Regardless of the cause, Matt and Rick were incredibly patient, professional, and understanding while I was dealing with the situation. More importantly, they took care of me and made things right. They went above and beyond by replacing the two defective tires and upgrading them to premium high-performance tires at no additional cost. Many businesses may have simply pointed to the disagreement over the cause and left me to deal with it, but Ace Tire chose to put customer service first and made sure I left satisfied.
Their customer service and willingness to stand behind what they sell turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I truly appreciate everything they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ace Tire to anyone looking for a business that genuinely values its customers.

“I doubted them at first but I must say they delivered. One of the points I wanted to hit for the stance of my 2014 rav4 was that I wanted the tires to come up flush with the fenders both front and back Willy assured me they would and I sincerely doubted it. In Spanish there’s a saying that goes (zapatero a su zapato) loosely translated it means shoemaker to his shoe. Willy was spot on and my little cheap reliable 2014 RAV4 became a totally different beautiful machine. I have fallen in love again with this little capable economical SUV.
