A few days ago we received an advertisement at our home encouraging us to open a savings account with Chase. I arrived at this branch at 9:45 am and sat in the waiting area with one other customer ahead of me for over 35 minutes. After the other customer was called and it was my turn a couple walked in was greeted by one of the ladies that I was waiting to see. and sat down immediately. Nothing was told to me until I asked if sitting waiting met anything. At that point another employee came out to assist me. I felt as I did not matter to Chase, I will not be doing business at your branch. That employee put her friendship ahead of what could have been a new customer.

I love this location. There's never a line, I'm always attended to very quickly and the staff is very nice. It's always clean and I'm in and out. Highly recommend this bank. No complaints.

I've been with Chase for many years, and having the convenience of so many locations has always come through clutch. This is my local branch that I like to visit near home, and most of the time the service is on point. As a bonus they get you out pretty quick too! Lately a lot of banks have been installing electronic machines to replace tellers and handle transactions. Unfortunately this branch has also picked up on the trend, and it has become quite a hassle. The good news is the drive through is still an option to handle your desired transactions and you'll be out fairly quick, compared to dealing with the machines inside. It does make me wonder how they came to this decision when a significant portion of the population of Miami Lakes is older adults or elderly customers coming into this branch. It's a frustrating process for them, it creates long lines, frustrates clients in line, and before you know it you'll have chaos. Then people who are waiting in line are trying to help others out completing their transactions to speed up the lines. This transition works in other locations, but it's clearly not effective in this branch. Another note about this location is parking is difficult to find since it's located in a small shopping plaza that is shared with numerous businesses. Overall I'm satisfied with Chase they have provided a great service to me, but this location should specifically go to the old format. If ain't broke don't fix it right?

You're local Chase Bank here in Miami Lakes, one of 3 actually. The staff is friendly and even with long lines they knock out the customers fast. This location is in a shopping center plaza, therefore there is no drive-thru so you need to walk in to make you're transaction. They do have two ATM's in the outside if your on the go. The location is limited but does it job admirably.

Today certainly is giving me motivation to leave them. Or just NEVER, EVER return. I went to make a quick deposit for my credit card at the drive thru. I could see a bit inside, just co-workers gossiping and in the 8 minutes I was sitting there (waiting for my ID and card since they're ridiculous and need an ID to make a deposit) I didn't see not even one customer so why are they too busy?? Icing on the cake! They finally acknowledged I was there but I was told to move forward since they were more concerned with whoever the hell was behind me. And I know this cause whoever assisted me told me there's someone behind me. So I can sit there for 8 minutes and don't get an apology, but the guy behind me just got there and I'm asked to move?! Then it took an additional 4 minutes to get my ID and credit card back.

Really great customer service. I have never had an issue and they always have ample tellers to keep the lines short.

Always good and fast service. Never crazy busy like other locations. Service at the drive through also easy. Parking could be a hassle. It's the only bad thing at this location.

I normally do not like banks, but especially this Chase has done a lot of small favors when they did not have to. I really appreciated the extra effort and the staff.

I've been coming to this branch for the past couple of days because I found out someone did some bad, bad things man to my account. I had a hard time understanding the first rep I spoke with on the 800 number and figured it would be easier to handle in person. Besides, I needed a temporary ATM card to withdraw cash until my new one got here. The banking staff here was very professional, first putting me at ease with some of the colada they were serving to each other (only in Hialeah :) and then researching, and explaining the process to me that I'd have to come like two days. The branch itself is pretty clean, well lit and the lines moved pretty quickly. I like this bank!
