Just went to the branch and Erick was extremely helpful. Took car of our issue in minutes. Great to know there is still great customer service on some places.

Terrible customer service called last Monday to ask about opening a business account and was told to come in no problem. Arrived at 9 am this morning waited a while to be acknowledged person who greeted me said needed appointment I told her about my call to the branch didn’t care not interested in finding solution have 3 private service accounts in this bank. After telling her I had appointment in Fort Lauderdale and could not wait did not listen just offer an appointment at 1pm. With no other options. Walked out never will return.

Came in to open an account spoke to Claudia and the manager said they only doing appointment . They don't wanna work n do only appointments . Worst bank I've ever been to don't waste your time coming here for shitty service .

I like their service at this branch, its location is quite convenient as it's close by the palmetto south/north. The lady who is in charge for the business accounts is actually polite and professional.

Absurdly bad banking. Everyone is pleasant and nice but not effective. I went in for credit to help finance a move to a bigger location. I have been a customer for over 8 years and hold large balances on my account. They offered me a credit card, and I agreed. They sent the card with a small limit which did not solve my problem despite clearly asking for a certain range. I consistently have more in my account than the money I asked for and have good credit. I don't understand their logic. It was impossible to get anyone from that branch on the phone to try to resolve the problem.

These big banks don't care about customer service anymore came into the branch to open 4 accounts with my wife they messed up on one account and didn't link it together then gone to the bank again to get this problem problem fixed they pushed me to the 1 800 number after waiting 1 hour on hold at home the representative on the phone said this situation can only be fixed through a branch went back to the branch and was push again to 1 800 number. Called them in front of them and phone representative told them this had to been done at the branch. After finally them trying to help told me my wife needed to be present and can't be verified over the phone. What the 1 800 chase number can verify you through the phone why can't a branch. Well back a forth nothing got done. They have no desire to help and there is no system in place if there is some one out of state and can not go into the bank together. I'll be contacting manager on Monday. And calling headquarters

This bank made some very false accusations against me which have since destroyed my credit, reputation and business opportunities. I have going back since to be treated like a criminal. They then lied to the community and have had church parishioners and police harass me. This is not only the worst branch but the worst customer service I have heard of or encountered in my life. They are criminals.

Worst experience with a banker. Made it clear to me that they did not want to waste their time on a business application for a business that was probably not going to be qualified even though the banker had not asked any questions about the business yet. Clearly was assuming before they knew anything about the business. Proceeded to do the application anyway but did not ask me all questions that they were supposed to and then did not want to disclose information they put application. I asked for a printed application and did not give me the information. If you want someone to actually help you and explain the application process do not go here.
