I do not know where to begin to express my disappointment with this agency. My husband and I were clients of the original James Miller Agency before his retirement. We have had our homeowners and multiple cars with them since 1985. After Mr. Miller retired, and Ms Jorge took over we have seen significant increases in our rates. I have called often through the last few years and spoke to Wilky, most recently when they increased my homeowners to $10,204!! This was outrageous. I called and Wilky was too busy to talk. I kindly asked him to return my call so that we could discuss alternatives. His reply to me was that everyone’s insurance rates increased. I explained that I am recently widowed and with these rates, I could not possibly afford to continue to stay in my home of over 30 years. With a promise of a call back, we concluded the call. It has been 3 weeks and he has not had the courtesy to call me. Call me stupid for staying with Jorge’s agency for this long, but I would think my loyalty to them would count for something, at the very least a phone call. I found a new agent and my home with the same coverage is costing me $4,772/year as opposed to the $10,204 they are charging me. I also began to think they were ripping me off on the two cars I currently have insured with their agency. I just received a quote with the exact coverage with Progressive saving $1,200 a year. Look around people. This agency needs a lesson in customer service.

I am very satisfied with this insurance company. I have been with them since 1986 when James Miller was the previous owner. Wilky Rojas is an excellent agent. He takes the time to explain every little detail about my policy and discounts. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his field.

These are your premier Allstate insurers!Christine and Luis are clear, concise and extremely thorough when it comes time to obtain a policy. If you are in the market for a home, auto, and/or business insurance policy, this office has you properly covered.I was searching for a home policy and ended up discouraged by the first three insurers I contacted. As you may know from the current state of affairs, Florida has become a problematic state to purchase a home insurance policy in. That is not the case at Christine Jorge. In a few moments time, I received coverage with a price and service with a smile that was above and beyond my expectations.I am grateful Christine Jorge sent an advertising brochure to my home. I posted a picture of it in my review. Smart advertising often ensures new customers and I am happy to be one of them.The transparency they provide establishes trust between you as a client and them as a provider. My coverage was increased by Luis while my annual premium payment was reduced. That is a win-win for any homeowner who knows how challenging it can be to obtain sufficient insurance coverage in the Miami area.In conclusion, they were professional, friendly and utilized digital signature services. No office visit was required! I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.
