I've found my fitness home in this CrossFit gym. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive. The sense of community is fantastic; and I'm so thankful for the new friendships I've made with these amazing people. The empowering atmosphere keeps me motivated and highly engaged. I would encourage anyone who is looking to be a part of something bigger and greater than yourself to embark on this journey here at Caution. You will never regret it. I am forever grateful for all that I've learned and for the humbling experience this has been.

Been with Caution since the box in Hialeah Gardens. This place is like home away from home. My wife and kids are active members. When kids tell you dad when are we going to the gym that says a lot. Love you guys.

If you’re looking for results from a professional coach and clinician, David Crespo is your guy at Caution CrossFit.The breakdowns are simple. Workout can be tailored to your injuries as he helped me come back from a torn bicep tendon and meniscus injury. Highly recommend

I love the environment and good vibe this gym has. Dominick is doing a great job along with his staff to make us feel like at home when we workout. The place is always clean and enough equipment for everyone. The coaches are super professional and they know what they’re doing. Smoothie bar to die for! Recommend it 100%!

I’ve been to a few CrossFit gyms. Caution is by far the best one hands down. I love the gym and the energy in that place. Dominic has done a great job keeping it up with great staff and gym conditions. Always changing things up to make it better for the members. Love this place. Thank you caution family.

Caution is like a second home to me. Dominick, the owner, is not only an incredible trainer and person, but he is also the creator of a great community that has become like a family. The atmosphere is welcoming, the classes are challenging but fun, and we always feel supported.5 stars is not enough!

Great facility, great coaches and environment. Coach David has to be one of the best I’ve worked with. His attention to detail, methods and ability to explain certain movements is top tier. I would definitely recommend! Ask for HIM

This is not “Just a gym”. This is place where you will experience excellent coaching and welcoming family atmosphere. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and create a supportive environment for all fitness levels. It's a great place to challenge yourself and feel a sense of community.

I’ve been a member for over 12 years. The owner, Dominick, fosters a familial environment and makes every person that walks into the gym feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Workouts are constantly varied and infinitely scaleable to ANYONE’S skill level. Coaches are knowledgeable and helpful and the facility has everything you could want for a great workout.
