Took my brand new RV here because my generator would not start and the dealer said they did not hold the warranty. They kept it for 9 weeks and could not even diagnose the issue. These mechanics do not know what they are doing, don’t take your rig here. For reference, this wasn’t a repair of an old generator. My generator has 3 hours of use.

Parts department never picks up the phone. if they do your on hold for 10 + minutes. they are not helpful at all. just there to get a check not to do their job. Rather shop aftermarket.

Had my vehicle towed in on a Thursday, I have a 2022 with only 8,200 miles on it. They assured me everything was covered under warranty. They did not look at my truck until the following Monday just to inform me that the actual faulty part is not covered under warranty. Thay assured me they were going to at minimum help me get the truck to Frieghtliner to avoid any additional towing fee's. It turns out it was all false promises, at the end they didn't help me and charged 2 hours at $471 to let me know the same thing I knew coming in. This location drags their feet on every level. Techs are not working, they are socializing. Managers also are socializing with them. If you need service in a timely manner because your truck is your livelihood then go some place else.

We been trying to contact them for a few months to fix a warranty however they never pick up the phone. And when we go there they tell us they will call back to tell us when it's ready it's been 4 months already they told is it would only take 2 weeks

Extremely disappointed early morning my husband went to this location miami lakes Cummins to buy a sensor, John was the person assisting him, as per John the part was not in stock, got his name and phone number to call him for it, at noon I call the part department I was told that was one in stock, pleaded an order and pick up on the afternoon, as curiosity I ask if was restock today and I got told no that part is something that we usually have upon arrival to the office John took care of me again and I gave him my order number I got told the same but this time I had the confirmation from my phone order that it was there and extremely mad even easy to notice base on his body language I got up and got it for me. So my question is are you getting paid to work or not ? Because after that costumer service so bad i really don’t know what Cummins is asking for costumer serviceAs an add to my previous today I had to call almost 20 min in hold and still cannot get in touch with a representative

Parts depart is useless bunch of unorganized lazy employees I called about 2 thermostats they said they had 2 in stock I told whoever I spoke to I was coming from Fort Lauderdale to pick them up I asked to have them ready his reply was we close at 5pm place is a joke this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this company. I own my own business if I ran it the way this location does I wouldn’t be in business

Is impossible to communicate with them! It doesnt matter what time you call, they wont pick up the phone or return any phone call.

By far the unfriendliest employees in the parts department! I guess they forgot how to be pleasant to their customers especially now with covid. It's not like they're giving away the parts! Angel, in particular, is rude and should take a lessen on how to speak to people. If there was another Cummins in the area, I would never go back to this one. Too sad!
