First and foremost this location is under staffed. Some of the staff care about customers and some seem like they're there just for the pay check and lost about what their tasks are. My reservation was made with the dealer so I had no choice in where to get my rental. This isn't the first time I've had an issue but there have been times I've had no issue at all. I came in and was greeted by 2 team members. I was assisted quickly for check in and my information was taken with no issues. It then took them over an hour to get me a vehicle while giving other vehicles to other customers that came in after me. The service member I dealt with was very customer service friendly. I did however see other service members be not so kind or patient when there was a language barrier. I feel if they had more staff and filtered through their staff better it would be a quick and efficient location

I wish if I could 0 star review to this place and one of the worst management you can find anywhere in the world. I have booked the one way rental here which clearly mentions the details in the reservation and manager says that it’s not in the system and asks me to take back the car where it was picked because it has some dents from previous trips which was already captured in the system when I picked up the car. So I called up the branch and asked him to at least inform them that they are not ready to take the car so that I don’t get charged for extra day but he refuses. This person so called himself the manager doesn’t even come on phone and is being so disrespectful that doesn’t talk and just closes the door on my face. With this experience I have had here I will never recommend this place for car rental.

We are very pleased with the SUV rental; it was clean and only took less than 15 minutes to be on our way. Everyone was friendly and professional. The return was quick and easy. We had no issues to report, our trip was uneventful. We highly recommend Enterprise.

I have closer Enterprise branch to my home but I choose to go to the Miami Lakes branch. I have been going to branch for over a year every week and have never had any issues there. The staff at this location is very pleasant and respectful. I guess this is a prime example of leading by example, because Rob Fernandez the branch manager is a very respectful and accommodating individual. Even days that I show up at the branch that they are really busy the team seem very calm and focus on getting the customers out as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend that the Miami Lakes Branch and Team!

Jason Lorrdeus always goes out of his way whenever I need a rental. He is always helpful,polite, and professional. His customer service skills are very welcoming. It is always a pleasure doing business with him.

At this point I’m extremely upset I had to come back and change my whole review I haven’t received my deposit back can’t speak to anyone been waiting on a call back since December after being told by several employees I was over charged for my rental I just need straight forward answers to what the heck is going on

On behalf of Tangier Scott, excellent all around customer service provided by the Enterprise intake car rental representative, Marcus Morency. Upon return of the vehicle, the same outstanding service was done. The team at Enterprise in Miami Lakes is great and works together.

I tried to reach enterprice office from 8.35 am to pick them up from the headquarters Toyota Collision Center. But unfortunately, they don't pick up any phone. I waited almost 45 minutes to get them on the phone.

Only giving it some starts because Gaby was amazing !at first the employees were super great and very helpful. explained ALOT to me. when I go and turn in the car, I'm aware I need to pay of insurance. now when I got the car one of the employees was explaining to be about insurance (when I already gave the other my insurance card) I'm thinking I'm signing off on the car and Marcus did not tell me I'm signing off on the insurance. I never gave the FULL yes add the insurance on there. and now I had to pay for something I never said yes too. they need to be more clear with explanations and actually make sure the customer is UNDERSTANDING and is actually telling you YES I AGREE to the insurance.He just gave me the paper to initial and didn’t explain exactly I am initialing for the insurance he’s telling me. Just a way to get more money out of your pocket. Truly a rip off when I already had originally shown my insurance card at the front.
