Amazing place to get physical therapy. Everyone is nice, from the receptionist to the owner, and especially Heidy, the PTA who does an extraordinary effort to help you improve. Highly recommended!!

I did 24 PT sessions at Extreme Sport for rehab of a partial knee replacement. Sean, Heidi & Carolina are awesome. They are true professionals that really care about your progress. Thank you very much for such an excellent experience❣

Find another place. The lack of assistance and argumentative stance the receptionist/office manager had relating to what appears to be an error on their part was terrible. They ended cancelling needed sessions for my parent's recovery, Had me handle the insurance billing issues they made. The doctor/therapist may be great but the headache the front office caused is not worth it.

Sean and Heidi are amazing. There attention to detail is second to none. They really care about their patients. My son recently had an acl injury in September 2021. Sean and Heidi immediately started and aggressive treatment . Now he's back to sports and happy as ever.

This rehab center is the real deal! I came for therapy after a fractured ankle. The therapists Sean and Monica are fabulous. The PT location had everything a patient needs to get on the mend. Sean is so nice, friendly and professional. Monica is a sweetheart and ensures she explains everything and provides an awesome massage to the area. Both are so knowledgeable and they treat the patients as if they are family. I am so happy that I was referred here for my rehab. They are responsible for getting me on both feet and walking!
