Very unprofessional and oblivious staff. My package is nowhere to be found,FedEx tracking says it’s at store, store says the driver has it, and when asked if the driver was coming to the store today the response was “I don’t know the driver comes whenever they want”

I went to pick up a package and ladies at front were very professional and attentive. Box was very heavy and one of the ladies offered to assist me in taking it to my car, I was so grateful. Thank you ladies you are amazing

Nothing more disappointing than speaking to a manager that concentrates on the problem and has zero interest on a resolution. His tone was dismissive, clueless and indifferent to want to resolve the issue. In other words, what a lame guy.

FedEx Delivered a package to my home with 1 label, and the 2 boxes were joined together.
I had to return the same package, and the seller sent me a prepaid label.
Mr. Machado who claims to be the supervisor at this store states that he cannot accept 1 label for the package although it is joined & 1 package.
Their sole purpose is to make customer purchase boxes from them.
This is completely ridiculous as FEDEX had already accepted this package previously AS IS.

Really rude employees up front. One employee had no idea what I was asking and had to ask someone else to help. The other employee approached and barely looked at me, When I started asking a simple question, was given a snarky response before I was even able to complete my question. She kept attempting to respond to a question that wasn’t even what I was asking. When I asked for help with information about getting a package insured, I was given a very poor response in which basically they told me they couldn’t help me. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Super disappointed

I visited the FedEx office recently and was blown away by the exceptional service from a gentleman named Orlando. He was incredibly professional, respectful, and efficient. In less than four minutes, he handled my package with care, answered all my questions, and even managed to brighten the experience with his sense of humor. The entire visit took under 11 minutes! If you need to handle any FedEx shipments or packages, I highly recommend this location.

I give this place not 5 stars but 10, the people who work here are super professional, I had a problem with a shipment, and they knew how to solve it, despite it being Sunday and being with their families, they maintain a positive attitude and full of energy, patient, I recommend it.

I’ve shipped numerous packages via this Fed-Ex office and others in boxes ranging from Amazon, Walmart, etc., I was just told one of my packages an Amazon brown box could not be shipped by them… this already had a label on it from FedEx. They took the box and my assumption was they were swapping it for another box as they were opening it. To my surprise they tried ringing me up for $15.xx for a small FedEx box… the manager didn’t even bother moving, stay away from this location, trying to upsell you on buying a box from them that must cost .50 cents. I read on FedEx .com packaging guidelines which there is ZERO mention of an Amazon branding on there or any branding of any kind other than hazardous materials.

Every experience I’ve had at this place is total incompetency. You have people that read off pamphlets and have no idea what they’re talking about when it comes to the law and of shipping. You have guidelines for shipping batteries and materials on FedEx website and when you follow these steps, you’ll have people at the counter read a pamphlet that says they do not ship batteries. And then you’ll also have people that tell you they don’t ship packages from Amazon and then tell you it’s because Amazon boxes are flimsy. But yet, if you take a flimsy box from Home Depot, they ship it without an issue. They are complete morons at this location and don’t even waste your time going here. I gave it one star because it doesn’t let you leave No stars. I wouldn’t even waste time making copies in this place because half the machines are broken most of the time. It’s a total waste of time having a FedEx walking distance from my house but yet I drive 2 miles to the next one just not to waste my time with morons.
