I’ve been a customer since 1974 since the bank was originally First National Bank of Hialeah. My mother worked there from 1965-1975. This particular branch treat the customers like family. There is nothing like having everyone know you by name. They always go above and beyond. I’m so grateful for Frederica, Ana, Karina, present employees and all the others over the years that have helped and taken care of myself and my entire family. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️.

The Miami Lakes branch is the best bank for personal attention! We have been members here for over 30 years and we have a great relationship with the bank and the people that work there. I always feel I can call them or email them for any of our needs. We have our business account and personal accounts there. We always get great service, especially from Fredricka and Ana. I highly recommend having your account here!

Went to change a 30k check. They said that they don’t have enough money and that I have to wait for a week to order the money because I I’m not a bank client. Can’t believe that a bank doesn’t have 30k or just like the manager said to the employee tell that you know.

Garbage bank. Locked me out of my account cus they’re retarded. Almost got me fired left me stranded because I can have access to my account. I wish everyone who works for first horizon 100 years of bad luck. I hope you all get cancer and die painfully .
