Superb customer experience from the beginning! I called first as I was referred to the bank by a family member. I spoke with Rodrigo F. who was really kind and professional, as he guided me on what to expect with what I was seeking to do. As soon as I walked in through the door, I was kindly greeted by Melissa R., who was wonderful and extremely helpful with my needs, and made the whole process really easy.
