I dropped a package off about a week ago to be shipped and I labeled it all over with fragile, this side up, etc and could literally hear the kid working there chuck the box as I was walking out the door. I had pre-labeled it and even waited till after Christmas to drop it off so it was not during a super busy time. My customer says one of the pieces was broken. Guess I’ll ship from elsewhere for my business needs.

Very bad service they input the wrong tracking. Package never made it to USPS or the receiver. I will never use this company again, the young lady that helped me is the owners daughter and since she messed up with my package, nothing will happen to her, they are not responsible for loosing packages. If I was you I would avoid this company. Very bad service for loosing my package.

Not sure why the bad reviews. This place is convenient and the staff is nice. I literally go a few times a week to drop off at different times of the day. The guys and girls are very sweet and fast at what they do! Don’t pay attention to all the negative reviews. People love to complain about the smallest things.

This place literally charged me $9 then mailed it to me instead of the info i gave them. This is the second time I've had an issue with them.The first time they didn't put enough postage on the parcel so it came back to me.I used them to save time but ended up spending more time correcting their mistakes.I wish I could give zero stars
