Was on the phone with them and both times the call dropped and both times they called me back at different times, and this happened with different customer service reps. “Grandmart Furniture has a lot of beautiful items in their store. I was going to a different furniture store when I decided to take a quick peek into their store and I met a surprise. The staff were welcoming and the store was neat. Ms. Lili attended to me and she was very cautious and her politeness made me buy the items I bought. Thomas is the best delivery guy I’ve ever seen here in Florida, very cheerful and professional. He delivered the items with another staff but he made sure I was satisfied with the way he kept the TV stands and he came exactly the time he informed me he would be coming.
