Reading the some good reviews, I am wondering why I did not get the same service. Unfortunately it was a bad experience for me.I took my car there for a problem that I have with the temperature gauge and air conditioning. The first question that I have was that If I have extended warranty, the answer was not, and seems that that changed my status at the service department for bad. After that, the service assistance manager told me that they will give me an answer by Wednesday, I dropped the car on Saturday, asking him why that much time, the answer was to many cars to be serviced.Waiting for a call back on Wednesday, which did not happen, I Called 15 times with no answer in any of the phones numbers related to the department on Thursday. I decided to go to the dealer to see what was going on. As expected, they did not even know where my car was, or if something was done or at least if someone check on what was the problem. I decided to take my car with me, which was another problem, because they were saying that my car was already connected to the equipment checking what was the problem, (definitely not the case, they were just trying to not let me go), but the technician left for the rest of the day, it was somewhere around 4pm, really?. Finally I told them that I wanted my car so I can take it somewhere else and they ended up giving it to me after over one hour waiting. I understand that they are super busy with hundreds of cars to be fixed with other clients (I am one of them), but, calling them 15 times with no answer, plus the long wait and no straight answers, does not say anything good about the service. 6 days wait for no answer I think is unacceptable, more when I can tell now that I took the car to another mechanic on Monday and it was ready by Wednesday morning and its running very well. The second star goes to the big man at the department that was the only one treating us nicely, but was not our person assigned.

Stopped by Miami Lakes Automall today for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Camila Penna one of the Assistant Service Managers. Camila was very nice and informative about what I needed and provided great customer service.

We’ve been bringing our Jeep for service at Auto Nation for years— it’s always an easy process with fairly fast service. They have a pleasant and clean waiting room (it smells like a hotel). The staff is friendly and able to answer questions! Armando helped us out and he was great!

Finance Mgr Micheal Peligrin was great Sales Manger also understood what we wanted and got us the numbers to purchase our Jeep!! Thank goodness for Service advisor Steven Brundidge. He gets me in and out and always takes good care of my vehicle. I only come to see him . He even showed he how to check my own oil, in the event my car needs oil . Thanks Steven

This was the second dealership we visited on my search for a new car and it was a very pleasant experience! Our first dealership experience was dreadful. (We went to Hollywood Kia and the salesman gave me the run around for an hour trying to sell me on a car i didn’t want - I cannot recommend them). But at Miami Lakes Auto Mall, Jody Frazier (sales) and Sergio Sordo (finance) were very honest, helpful and not pushy at all. They let me know I could still walk out of the deal at any time if I was not happy and weren’t pushing me to close the sale. I appreciate that as a consumer! They were also very friendly and worked as quickly as possible to get me the best deal. Sergio was able to provide me with a better interest rate than my bank offered which I was very happy with. I want to thank Jody and Sergio for helping me with the process!

The service advisor Camila Penna is very helpful when getting my vehicle maintenance and oil change. She always make it a pleasure getting thing's done on timely manner. Her customers service manners is very professional and well received.

Phenomenal experience - Alejandro at Mitsubishi exceeded any expectation of car buying I could have ever imagined. My last time purchasing a car was 13 years ago and I spent an entire Saturday at the dealership, I was absolutely dreading have to buy a car...but!....This time I found my car at 9:30am on a Monday morning, sitting at my desk at home, sent a message... then boomshakalaka at 5 pm (the same day) it was DELIVERED to my door! I never stepped foot in dealership. The communication and follow up continued for weeks to ensure everything was well. Hands down phenomenal business model to deliver an unbelievable purchasing experience. Can't wait to see what it will be like in another 13 years when I need my next new car. Thank you Alejandro I am loving my blue car :-)

I visited Ellison Jeanlouis at the automall recently just to have a look at cars and see what I would be interested in for later on. But because of him, I left with an amazing first car that same day for a great price! His customer service is amazing. I really appreciated having a salesman that was patient and receptive to my questions and needs.

Excellent experience when purchasing JEEP Wrangler Rubicon X. CJ was our initial go-to and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. KALE, at Jeep service was also amazing!! Such attention and care to my service experience. He is a treasure for Jeep! All staff treated us with great care, from closing the deal to finance and even when scheduling after purchase service appointment for add-on. Highly recommend this facility and I LOVED hitting the GONG when my transaction was complete - such good karma. Incredible salsa music as well. Very infectious and upbeat atmosphere!!

Miami Lakes Automall had this new Ram 1500 truck, which I liked. Looked at the reviews of this car dealer and based my strategy on that. This company is famous for its "bait and switch" technique, something to keep in mind. The truck was advertised for over $12,000 below market price. When compared the price at other dealers it was a very low price, too good to be true. I knew what I wanted to pay and talked to this nice young man who was the salesperson. It was funny to see the faces of him and his manager and the nonsense they came up with, when I showed the advertised price. At the end we came to an agreement I was content with.After that I had a nice chat with the finance manager. Interest rate is on the high side but I'm not too worried about that. He asked me if I wanted the service contracts and extended warranties and initially, I declined but later decided to take it anyway. A few days I realized that I really don't need all those warranties for a brand-new truck so decided to cancel them. The salesperson told me to do that through the finance manager. I called him, emailed him, talked to him in person, emailed him and emailed him again. 1001 excuses why he couldn't respond. In the last email he wrote that I would get my money refunded in about 4-6 weeks, which seems very long. Well, it is 6 weeks later, and nothing has been refunded. I treated everybody with respect at the Automall, but I don't get it back.So now I had to contact a consumer lawyer for advice on legal action. This is costing me time, money, aggravation, high blood pressure and my wife telling me that she warned me for these crooks. And I am going to hear that for a long time. Thanks ML Automall!I will also have to start a case at the BBB, and this will cost me time as well. But it has to be done. This was a simple request and should have been part of customer service. So please take this word of advice when you buy a car at Miami Lakes Automall. The advertised price is not the price you will get, not even close. Expect the good old bait and switch, so be prepared if you necessarily want to buy there. And don't take any of those warranties they try to sell you. Shop around for better.
