Went in for a simple purchase of an oil filter for my jeep wrangler and left feeling with bad vibes. Nobody ever greeted me at the parts counter when I arrived it was like as if nobody wanted to help. When I finally got helped out the guy charges me $32.75 for an oil filter. That’s insane and felt like he was definitely up charging me. I go online and the oem is no more than $12. When I go to the cashier to pay she didn’t even look up at me to acknowledge my existence just said “Yea” I tell her I’m there to pay for my part and give her my name. Which clearly she wasn’t even listening to me because she asked for it again. When the transaction was done there was no thank you or even bye or anything. This is probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had anywhere that has to do with retail. My advice is you guys ask more customer service orientated questions during your interview processes because my experience was very unacceptable from any business stand point. I won’t go back to this place not even to purchase a screw.

I just want to say the finance manager Roberto Matos and the sales associate Carlos Morales, were absolutely great! They got us in and out the dealership satisfied with a brand new Escalade! Very helpful, very professional and customer satisfaction! ???

I had a really good experience with the salesman (Kevin) and the finance team (Carlos) at Miami lakes. My main issue is that this dealer does not honor their online pricing on certain vehicle..period. My vehicle was shown for MSRP online. When I went toPurchase the vehicle I was told about a markup. I asked the management (Raheel) about this discrepancy and he said “we just use the online price to bring people in then we negotiate face to face” while i am happy with my vehicle, i feel this vehicle was falsely advertised and I most likely wont be purchasing another vehicle here despite the awesome finance and sales team (Daniel then Kevin). Upon further checking and with documented communication from dealership sales personnel. They do this with all of their “specialty” vehicles and in my case a challenger.

This dealer is the absolute worst. When it comes to selling you a vehicle they will paint you a great picture. Now if your car turns out to be a piece of crap like mine did, no one takes accountability. Service keeps your vehicle for x amount of days and they come to tell you that your car is fine and that there are no fixes for that particular problem. Passed by the dealership and the vehicle was parked in the same spot for 2 days so who knows if it was even attempted to be diagnosed. This dealership is the absolute worst and if you value your money, DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SERVICE HERE.Might as well take your chances at Chevy or the other dealers nearby.

Recently purchased a vehicle from here. Nothing these people said was true. Wanted to pay cash but they would not do any negotiations unless I financed. Finance guy said I had to wait 4 months to pay loan off-LIE. Told me the Jeep Factory Warranty did not transfer to me-LIE. Badgered me into buying the extended warranty, basically saying I was a bad parent if my daughter did not have this. He told me I would have to keep this for a year and if I didn't use it then cancel-another LIE. They also told me the incorrect bank that they were using for the financing. And the best one is telling me to Lie if the bank called me and tell them my husband was driving the car not my daughter. Be careful buying from here. If I could bring my car back and go elsewhere I would.

I arrived 9am , i never received call back letting me know my car was ready or leave voicemail. I spoke to manager told me to come by the next day to pickup my car. So what's the point of manager if the manager won't resolve a esa stack of returning my car.

I came to this dealer after making a online inquiry on a advertised price. I did it through the online system on there website. They called me and I went in to see the car. They had a 2022 and a 2023 challenger scat pack. The price online was listed under msrp. When I get there on the window they have 10k over msrp plus some bs package I think it was like $1700. So I told the sales guy that the 2022 has more of a discount. We go inside and sit down. He goes to his manager comes back and says my boss said it doesn't matter 2022 or 2023 we will sell the car for msrp plus the $1700 bs. I was like what a joke they don't even know what they have advertised online after I made the online inquiry. I found dealers coming off about $5,000 on 23s already. So obviously I left the dealer. Don't waste your time they like to play games here. I have been jerked by this place before. Here are the cars they had advertised.
