This dealer is the absolute worst. When it comes to selling you a vehicle they will paint you a great picture. Now if your car turns out to be a piece of crap like mine did, no one takes accountability. Service keeps your vehicle for x amount of days and they come to tell you that your car is fine and that there are no fixes for that particular problem. Passed by the dealership and the vehicle was parked in the same spot for 2 days so who knows if it was even attempted to be diagnosed. This dealership is the absolute worst and if you value your money, DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SERVICE HERE.Might as well take your chances at Chevy or the other dealers nearby.

Recently purchased a vehicle from here. Nothing these people said was true. Wanted to pay cash but they would not do any negotiations unless I financed. Finance guy said I had to wait 4 months to pay loan off-LIE. Told me the Jeep Factory Warranty did not transfer to me-LIE. Badgered me into buying the extended warranty, basically saying I was a bad parent if my daughter did not have this. He told me I would have to keep this for a year and if I didn't use it then cancel-another LIE. They also told me the incorrect bank that they were using for the financing. And the best one is telling me to Lie if the bank called me and tell them my husband was driving the car not my daughter. Be careful buying from here. If I could bring my car back and go elsewhere I would.

I came to this dealer after making a online inquiry on a advertised price. I did it through the online system on there website. They called me and I went in to see the car. They had a 2022 and a 2023 challenger scat pack. The price online was listed under msrp. When I get there on the window they have 10k over msrp plus some bs package I think it was like $1700. So I told the sales guy that the 2022 has more of a discount. We go inside and sit down. He goes to his manager comes back and says my boss said it doesn't matter 2022 or 2023 we will sell the car for msrp plus the $1700 bs. I was like what a joke they don't even know what they have advertised online after I made the online inquiry. I found dealers coming off about $5,000 on 23s already. So obviously I left the dealer. Don't waste your time they like to play games here. I have been jerked by this place before. Here are the cars they had advertised.

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS I wish I could give Carlos Gomez and Robert Matos a ZERO. I purchased my car in October and thought I had a great experience until today when I found out I was totally lied to and taken advantage of. After selling me this beautiful service package I find out today at my first service that it was a lie and the $8000 warranty & service package which was supposed to include everything and I was supposed to be able to have everything covered on my vehicle except tires and brake pads on only covers basic oil changes. That page of my contract was conveniently left out as well from my documents. Now I can't seem to get anyone on the phone to help me in finance. I will continue to leave reviews about this scam DON'T PURCHASE THE WARRANTY AMD SERVICE PACKAGE IT IS A LIE AND A SCAM.

I would never buy from this dealership again. Pre-purchase they were very attentive but now that the sale is done and I have my car, I can't get anyone on the phone. I have tried getting in touch with my salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager and only get their voicemail. This car dealership is unprofessional and unresponsive. I do not recommend!

This dealer advertise prices with discounts that only a few people qualify, I get the 500 first responder etc, but what about the 5,000 discount in 2022?? They just flatly deny and avoid selling at other than MSRP. Shady, avoid at all cost.

Went to purchase this exact Jeep tonight and they would not honor the price they advertised and sent to my email!! I was told by our Salesperson, Mikelson, it’s just advertising like all the other dealers. Disgusting. We would never recommend a shady dealership like this.

If I could do negative I would. This place took my jeep for an ac problem. Kept it for 3 months. Would return phone calls when I demanded to pick it up. Had to commute off Uber. Finally showed up causing a scene and I get my jeep back still not fixed with a 1700.00 bill. Now 1700.00 later after fixing things that didn't been to done I leave. Then they never put it back together right and left out all the clips for the wheel well. And as I was driving home they ripped off. Worst place. Worst service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE OR BUY FROM THEM. Brought it to another place. It was a fuse. Thanks for doing nothing and damaging my car more. WORST PLACE EVER

Sold me a ram with wind noise vibrations and other problems refused to give me a new vehicle and fix my problem spent $85k on a new truck which now im stuck with for the next 8 years NEVER AGAIN.

This is wild to me, I have called the Dodge parts department 22 times during business hours over the past 3 weeks to follow up on an order, 0 thats the total times I have been able to talk to someone. No voicemails. So I figured I would call the sales side, left my name and number with 4 different people never got a call back. Crazy part, I am in the same business and had never seen anything like this before in the 15 years I have been in automotive. These are the ones that give the rest of us a bad name. Based on other reviews this is the norm and the owners/management are cool with it.\\n\\nUPDATE: 5 days have passed since their canned reply, still have not heard anything and have called about another 12 times......... nothing. Being a VP of a large dealer group I wonder if the dealer principle has no clue what going on or just doesn't care........
