I have been trying to contact the bank using the phone number posted on their website for 2 days and the call is either dropped or it sounds like someone picks the phone up and lays it down on a counter. I'm just trying to help a friend who moved out of the country close a loan. She had e-mailed her the man who was her personal banker for over 20 years twice with no response. I won't name names, but I sure would like to - we finally got help using the 24-hour Customer Service number - there's a real human at the end of that phone number who immediately took care of us.

We recently moved from another bank due to the fact they no longer have a drive thru but I don't like it here. I use the business line and I have to wait for teller to finish with inside customers and other customers that come after me in drive thru. Today I waited 12 minutes for teller to get to my deposits. Also they don't like to answer their phone and there is no way to leave a message.

Worst bank ever. Never responds when you call. They stoled my card information it took 10 days to have this clear and received my card again was a hassle they didn't want to provide me with a new card until it cleared. Other banks provide you with immediate funds to your account and send a new card right away. I didn't depend just in this card but for anyone who needs to use there funds you won't be able, they don't care. Worst bank added one star because I have no choice to add 0.
