It seems like these people don't really care about customer service. I purchased a Tenor sax online, arrived damaged, it took days to get the return shipping label and was sent back to the store. It has been 7 days since the return was done and yet no refund made. Whoever is managing this store has a PROBLEM: they don't care about customers neither customer service. Not good at all!!

DISAPPOINTED!!! First and probably last visit to Sam Ash. I had a repair on a guitar and brought it by to have it evaluated. Now a few people referred me here for this service and was told that it was top notch. Supposedly Sam Ash takes guitar repair serious and your guitar comes back to you in its best playing condition. Maybe that is true but I didn't have the chance to find out. When I arrived, I was told the repair tech was out on break and would be back shortly. Almost 45 minutes later and no tech in sight. At the same time that I am waiting for the tech, I'm checking out some new guitars. I had a few questions. Guess what...no one around to help me. Maybe it was COVID, maybe not. But one thing is for sure, the customer service at guitar center is much better. Not sure if I will be back. Sadly.

Excellent service, the salesman was constantly answering all my questions regarding the services provided by Sam Ash. Store was clean and neat. Totally happy with this visit, is the first time that I received this kind of service at Sam Ash. Definitely will come back to purchase more gear.

No star at all ,I don’t know what happened to this place I’ve been coming here since 1996 and now you guys will have anything on stock. Don’t even answer the phone when I call the store. It’s ridiculous ,why dont u just close,horrible service , you can’t even explain to them what you need because they don’t speak English

Inventory for Band and Orchestra instruments accessories are nonexistent. It is obvious that those items are not their top priority.The staff members had no idea what I was asking for (Reeds and Mouthpiece guards... I would argue standard material that staff at a music store should know).For drum heads and electronics they are stacked, along with electric instruments such as guitars and keyboards.If they can give the same love they do to the back half of the store to the front of the store where the Brass, Woodwinds, and Orchestral String section is, maybe the store would be solid.Then when I asked for the teacher discount , they were reluctant to give it to me because it is Black Friday , however, none of their deals were towards anything I was trying to purchase.Point is - never coming back here for reeds or anything a band instrument needs. I will resort to All County Music or purchase online. If you want guitars or drum heads, they are fully stocked.I teach classical Band though... My students need materials, too.You are not Guitar Center. Thats the vibe now.

I love the music and instrument… but it store need more customer service people… we have to wait long time for attendance… I hope next time will be better !

We have been long time customers for years. Unfortunately as of today we will not return. Customer service is non existent. How can an employee ask us “are you going to buy it”? If not, take it down while playing the drums. This being said rudely in a sarcastic manner, very unprofessional.Save yourself a trip and go to Guitar Center. Sweetwater also has more selections online.

Luis Paul borges always treat me right he explain everything to you before you buy a equipment I Dj so he get where I’m coming from and where I’m trying to get at he deserve a big promotion he always treat right every times I’ll come back soon buy some more equipments thanks ya for always treat me right

Associate Natilia was great , I spoke with her over the phone prior too arrival, and she had the items I was in search of ready when I arrived , also Sam Ash's price was better than all of the lcompetitors.

I needed to have the strings changed on my guitar and they were very helpful A young woman picked out the strings for me and a man named Justin did the actual job They were both professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable!!! I will def be back !!! Thank you

Great, spacious comprehensive music store. Personell actually available to assist you. Lessons available. All musical accessories sold here. Helpful friendly guitar technician on premises. Spacious acoustic guitar sampling room. Very good looking store, great layout. Only downside is the location is somewhat isolated but accessible. Parking is free but limited.
