“I had an enormous **** show happening with a vendor I bought a large item through Aamzon. I arrived at the store with what I thought were the instructions to send the boxes back to the seller. Turns out I was wrong and the shipping labels were not correct. The store quoted me $1200 to ship the items back. Almost had a heart attack. The reason I am leaving this review is that the crew understood the gravity of the situation, my frustration, my attempt to resolve the issue for 3 hours, and out of great kindness, offered to hold the boxes for 24 hours. The boxes were a total weight of 400lbs and I had no way of taking the items back that same day.. Thank you to the entire crew that was involved in giving the extra hand while I tried to resolve the matter. Those involved were Ledia, Charles, Edrey, Ariel, Tiffany and Ashley. I resolved the matter the next day and needed those 24 hours to straighten everything out. Kudos to FedEx Miami Lakes crew for understanding how difficult the situation was and being the shining light on a dreadful day.”
