Got a bad haircut.
Poor communication.
Poor customer service.
Go at your own risk.
Suggest that you do not leave a tip or even pay for the bad haircut.
The woman didn’t speak much English and I don’t speak much Spanish.
I did my best to try to communicate using google translate but the woman was not having it once I was in the barber chair. I took the leap of faith and hoped for the best. And I got the worst.
The woman also would trim the front of my head with a comb laid over my eye. I asked her to not do that and she just did it again in the other side and looked at me like I was a jerk and then pushed and turn ed my head around aggressively.
Had to go to the Solon next door to get it fixed.
I didn’t tip the lady at Supercuts because she didn’t want to communicate with me through Google translate but spoke clearly when it came to pay for the bad haircut.
I took the lose on this one and paid but by the demeanor and lock of smiling or eye contact, other than her eye rolling at me, This woman just didn’t care.
Came in on a slow Thursday afternoon. And I won’t be back.

I am loyal to this Supercuts Location. All the hair dresses are excellent. Melba, Silvia, Juana and Lady are extremely professional and friendly. I have come to them for years. Totally Recommend them for your next cut.

This is a very expensive haircut for men, $23 and if you want to wash it, $3 extra and add tips, you get to $30, very expensive for a men's haircut service.

i took my daughter for a hair cut. the hair dressers name was lady this was the worst haircut left my daughter in tears it was the worst hair cut i have ever seen her hair was left destroyed mind you the hair dresser was shown a picture of the hair cut my daughter wanted and instead of saying she didnt know how to do the hair cut she when on and did it. once i told her the hair cut was horrible she became super rude and ignored me as she went to the back room very unprofessional
