They are thieves, terrible service. I recharged my Host-pot with the 50 Gig plan and it doesn't work for me. I went back to the store and explained what happened and it didn't solve my problem. Plus he wanted to charge me $60 to get another one that I didn't need. Another thing, I don't know how they have such unqualified staff that they have no idea about basic networking. This is the worst T-Mobil store. I am a client of this company but the treatment and manners I received today made me feel scammed. What helplessness. Thieves.

been with sprint and T-Mobile for 22 years. I've been trying to get unlimited service and they still no matter how much you pay put you on a 50 GB limit I paid for unlimited service two days in a row I could not close trades that cost me $13,000 loss, they offered me a free month to upgrade every time I've done it they put me right back to the 50 GB limit horrible service if you're a trAdler, do not trust them. they are like your everyday common thieves. Thanks

T-Mobile's policies had a significant economic impact on me and have been a source of frustration due to the necessity of changing all my contacts, bank accounts, and investments tied to my old number."Unfortunately, my experience with T-Mobile left me deeply affected, both emotionally and financially. I was attempting to set up a PIN for my SIM card to configure an iPhone 15 with an eSIM, but I ended up locked out of my own account. I had to visit a T-Mobile store in hopes of resolving the issue.The ordeal was particularly distressing because I was part of a family plan, and without the account holder's authorization, I couldn't change my own personal PIN. It's baffling to think that my own data was inaccessible to me due to what felt like an arbitrary policy.The consequences were far-reaching. I couldn't reach the family plan account holder, so I had no choice but to get a new phone line. This meant losing a substantial portion of my contacts and missing out on crucial client calls, resulting in a significant financial setback running into the hundreds of dollars.The situation became even more frustrating when I had to update all my contacts, bank accounts, and investments that were tied to my old phone number. It was a time-consuming and emotionally draining process that could have been avoided with better policies.While I must acknowledge the excellent service I received at the T-Mobile store, it was disheartening to witness the staff's frustration at not being able to assist me further. In light of this experience, I find it hard to recommend T-Mobile, especially for those considering a family plan. It's essential to weigh the convenience of such plans against the potential consequences and frustrations they may bring."

They told me they couldn't accept back my 5G modem, despite customer service saying otherwise. Whatever, I mailed it in.Now they are charging me $220 non-return fee. T-Mobile is going down the drain.All because the store doesn't want to impact their "metrics"

Their organization here is terrible. They ask you your name once you enter to add you to a list of people waiting. They told me there were 2 people ahead of me which is fine but then proceeded to tend 4 people before me instead. What should be done, is to ask people what they are coming in for and prioritize the quick customers first. I waited over half an hour for my service to only need 2 minutes of their time.

Visited this location today, and turned out to be the best T-mobile I have ever been. The staff is very welcoming, the store is very cozy, and the lady who assisted me was amazing. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Staff was friendly but unfortunately they were not able to help me with my phone I’m sure they can help with other stuff but I ended up at the Apple Store to get a replacement as was under warranty
