Were very happy with Hundredfold and their team! We have been looking for a nice affordable office for sometime now. It was very difficult to find one in this area. We came to Hundredfold and we met Chanel. She provided a detailed tour of the offices and the amenities that are included.. We are now moving in and she has been most helpful. The office space is just what we need. It has a great view and is right in the center of Miami Lakes. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for office space in Miami Lakes..

We are very impressed with Hundredfold and their team! Our company had been looking for a decent office for sometime that was affordable and the minute we came to Hundredfold, we knew this would be it. Chanel provided a detailed tour of the offices and the amenities included. Within a day, we had our office! Our office is spacious with a great view right in the center of Miami Lakes. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for office space!

The offices are very beautiful and they come equipped with everything, the group of employees is wonderful from maintenance, the receptionists and especially Chanel who is in charge of everything, is always ready to help you with whatever you may need, I really recommend it a lot for anyone who wants Putting your office business is an excellent place

I have a law office at Crexent Business Center in Miami Lakes. I have been there for over two years and am very happy. They offer a variety of office spaces of all different sizes and prices. I was able to find one that is perfect for me. The building is very well maintained, and the staff is fantastic. The manager, Marisol, is very pleasant and always available whenever she is needed. The receptionists are also very nice and eager to help in any way they can. Harry with the building maintenance team is amazing! He goes above and beyond to help with anything you may need. The building is very centrally located and always has plenty of parking - which was a big factor for me. Many of my clients have expressed that they are impressed with the building and staff. I’m so glad I found this building and to be part of the Crexent family. I highly recommend the Crexent Business Center.

Today I held a meeting at The Crexent Business Center in Miami Lakes. I was so pleased with the staff. The receptionists were so helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend this office for any meetings your office may have in the area. It's a great area with easy access to highways. And ample parking is available. I plan to get an office soon.

If you are looking for an office in Miami Lakes, The Crexent Business Center is the place to be. I am going on my 7 years, I started with a small office and today I have a large office with a team of 4. Its great to be able to upgrade at anytime. The staff is great! They are always eager to give us the best customer service! The Building is always clean! Lots of Networking Events! Thank You Crexent!

This is the best office space in the world. Its affordable, its clean and Marisol and her staff are simply amazing. She not only rents you office space but she does a lot of network events in the building giving you the opportunity to know your neighbors and do business with them. I have been here now for 4 years and I will retire my business from here.
