Well I must say I was very presently impressed with Sandra. This is the first time I speak to this agent and for the first time in a long time having my homeowners and car insurance I felt really taken care of and all my questions answered correctly without the need to sell me life insurance, and so on. Wow that's all I can say! Yes I was one of the many to be shifted out of citizens insurance but, she was a true knowledgeable person! Had lost my faith with this agency but now it has been restored! And believe me I'm not a friend nor family member doing reviews like most! Thank you Sandra hopefully we can meet in person one day! I ALSO have to add Cristina that directed me very properly to the great agent hands down very professional manners when answering and helping you! So please! I Will also update this review after reinstating my new homeowners insurance policy just to make sure it is as said.

Sandra was extremely helpful I received a letter from dmv and she took time to resolved it for me very quickly . I’m very appreciative of her going out of her way to handle it very fast to get me some piece of mind . Great office to work with . I have been with Statefarm for 25 years. I have not had an accident since I was 18 (almost 25 years ago). I had a problem a few years ago and couldn't go into the office and I called after hours and I'm still waiting on a call back. Now my rate has been raised and I called after hours, they said they would let them know to call me in the morning, no call back. I not getting good customer service here. If they don't call me tomorrow and offer me my rate back, I'm out.

The Team at State Farm, go above and beyond. I appreciate their help and patience. You can tell that Tom is very hands on with his team and creates a great work environment for his employees and it reflects on their performance. Maria and Nohemí have been so helpful when it has come to writing my policy and giving me quotes for other coverages. I’m not too savvy when it comes to coverages and they’ve been so helpful when it has come down to me asking so many questions.Thank you for all your help!!

I can't say anything but great things about Tom Ledwidge - State Farm Ins Agency.Tom really cares about his clients!The location is convenient and clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.But who should really be recognized as an exceptionally great and professional representative, should be Nohemi.She’s been fantastic in assisting me year after year. The customer service she provides really stands out from other agencies. Nohemi is always one step ahead of the client making sure that the policyholder is receiving all of their discounts and are current. As valuable asset to Tom’s agency and his staff, I highly recommend speaking to Nohemi for all possible ways of receiving your best rates to cover your vehicles and properties, etc. They’ve helped me!Thank you!

When I moved from NY to FL, Tom and his staff assisted me in finding the best possible coverage for my new home, as well as my car. Great customer service, very helpful staff, and just overall a streamlined experience setting up my policies/account. Tom also recently assisted me in obtaining a life insurance policy, they do it all!

I am a small business owner, and have my auto policies with Tom Ledwidge for over 20 years. They are positively the best. Always helpful, courteous and prompt.
