Exceptional Service at Extra Space Storage – 500 S State Rd 7, Hollywood
I can’t say enough great things about the team at this Extra Space Storage location! Nicole Victory and her coworker Jerome were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nicole was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to walk me through all the options and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my choice.
Jerome was just as helpful—friendly, Funny, efficient, and clearly committed to providing top-notch customer service. Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but it’s the staff that really sets this place apart.
If you’re looking for storage in the Hollywood area, I highly recommend this location. Nicole and Jerome are the kind of people you want to do business with—courteous, honest, and truly customer-focused. Five stars all the way!”

“I did my reservation the night before at 5090 W 4th Ave Hialeah 33012, for 10am newsletter day, when I arrived ,Miguel, the agent told me I neednto wait, because I have 4 clients before me. At 11am he told me I need to wait, my papers wasn't ready, everybode was upset, I canceled my reservation, I went to 1875 W 4th Ave Hialeah, Claudio helped me, literally took less than 5 minutes to do my reservation. 11.20am, I was already driving the truck.
By 1.30pm I was returning the truck, Claudio walked with me check the gas, the miles , I signed the tablet and done. I highly recommend this location, they are fast, helpful and the trucks were clean and ready.
I will never recomemd the 5090 W 4th Ave Hialeah 33012 location .”

“Arnold, the U-Haul store manager, was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely informative and clearly an expert in his field. I came in on a day when the store was short-staffed, but he did not let that affect the level of service at all. Arnold jumped in, wore multiple hats effortlessly, and still maintained a positive, professional, and welcoming attitude the entire time. His customer service went above and beyond, and he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. U-Haul is lucky to have him!

“Biggest complaint with this location is there is no return box anywhere on the Property I walked around to the back I walked around the parking lot I asked the Neighbor boring businesses nobody knows anything I see a lot of cameras but nobody to assist and I will tell you they close a little earlier than six I guess tomorrow I’m going to have to waste time out of my day to come drop off the key I will say his store is very clean and he has a ton of Merchandise”
