I came in. Today to get my phone repair my screen broke , first off the rep did not greet me he just said what do you need ? I explain my screen broke and i told him i have insurance he said you have to make a claim it takes 3 to 5 buiness to get a phone like not even a im sorry to hear that let me see what we can do DUDE at least try! ? nothing he directed me to call them or go arpund the corner to get it fix. he can't even tell me my deductible at this point if we have to do everything whats the point of the store and customer service 0 start if could.

I purchased a new Samsung at this store a month ago. However, the employee offered me a $400 credit for my old device. He never mentioned to me that this credit is a promotion in which they credit your account $11 dollars each month for 36 months up to reach the $400 credit for my device. Also he stared that the monthly payment was $80 when in reality it is $90. He put the wrong address and the spelling of my name was wrong he claimed he fixed it but he didn't. I contacted Verizon's customer service. The guy who sold me this plan and device besides being a lier who doesn't care about anything was in a hurry. I guess that why he lies so much. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE

I'm going to give this one 2 stars. If it turns out to be the other one I went to, I'd give it just 1 or none if there was an option hahaha and I'll explain why. It turns out that I had problems with my current company and I went to see what options Verizon gave me to switch with them. It turned out that I left upset because at that Verizon I went to they had very few options, not to mention none. How is it possible that in such a globally recognized firm there are no phones to sell or to offer to a client??? How is it possible that a client comes with the idea of switching to your company and there is nothing to offer them??? I really don't understand what the fame of this company is. In order not to get carried away by the first impression I decided to go to another hahaha it was another total disappointment. It turns out that to change companies and use a Verizon phone I had to hand over the phone I was using at that very moment. My phone is a 5G moto g stylus and it turns out that they do not collect those types of phones, which is why I and my family could not belong to the company hahahaha the other thing that is totally illogical is their rates. Normally I pay 110 pesos per month in cricket for my 3-line service, however in Verizon I would pay about 160 per month hahaha, total madness. Cricket is a better company by far than Verizon and I showed it in the last month. Cricket is a company that gives you options when you go and even gives you a phone so that you are happy with the company. My current phone, moto g stylus 5G, was given to me by cricket, my coverage is perfect, my connection is excellent and I only pay 110 pesos a month. I don't understand what Verizon's fame is, really.

This Verizon store only has one employee. You'll end up waiting a long time. Verizon also has terrible service. I'm constantly losing reception.

I live in the city but was out here in Miami Lakes and I’m glad I stopped what would normally take hours took an hour and I worked with knowledgeable, helpful and a fast staff. New phone ? woo hoo

Wireless Specialist Aldrin, really went out of his way to provide me with complete, accurate, through & friendly customer service today!!! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he was genuinely friendly & understood my entire request for service!!! He most definitely needs to be recognized for his superior work skills, communication abilities & customer service execution!!!

Out of all of the Verizon stores to do business with, Russell Cellular in Miami Lakes is where you’ll have the BEST experience. I definitely have to praise John F, the manager. He is an asset. Not only does he have the great knowledge of his industry, He also cares. He provides exceptional customer service, and he will make sure to accommodate your every need. John will match up your devices to the plan that’s fits you best. He takes his time and provides attention to details. Other stores will just sell a device with a plan and walk you out the door with no assistance in transferring your data properly and a poor experience. Hands down, he is a key component to what makes this retail store be successful.Shop at Russell Cellular with John and you’ll be totally satisfied. You’ll see what I mean!Thank you John.
