This is the 2nd time I have used Victor and his company. Both times he was top-notch all the way. He squeezed me in on a very busy day. He called when he said he would (right on time).His prices were quite reasonable. He arrived on time. He didn't try to sell me a new machine. He was able to fix mine very quickly. He is quite friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend him to any one that needs printer service or is looking to buy a top notch machine!

Excellent customer service, very economical. They came the same day that our copier needed servicing. They are knowledgeable about their products.....very satisfied with their work.
