Horrendous experience. 10+ offices all of them are empty as the employees working from home and clients are waiting forever

Shame on whoever is running tis branch and shame on Wells Fargo headquarters for ignoring the customers reviews on the lack of customer service. I also had an awful experience today when I was told I could be put on a waiting list or try to get a future appointment to conduct routine business that other banks would handle on the spot. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years, but started to look for alternatives today. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT ARE TAKING THE TIME TO TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!

Customer service is simply non existent in this place & overall bad banking experience with Wells Fargo. I was called an hour before my scheduled appointment to open a business account & lady was rude & was saying my info on sunbiz was incorrect. She proceeded to hang up the call & shortly after that I received a text that my appointment was canceled. Prior to this call I’ve gone in a few times to be serviced & I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. Do yourself a favor and go bank somewhere else.

I spoke with Cassandra Goss and she helped me with everything I needed. She was great and I highly recommend booking an appointment to speak with her.

I was in town to potentially buy an item that I've had my eye in for months...Rather than carry cash I located this Wells Fargo as where I'd withdraw my (cash) payment...should the owner ( of the item) and me come to an agreement. Also, I'm not from this area or state but I am a 30 plus year Wells Fargo customer. First let me say, that I do appreciate their Covid precautions, all customers were required to wear masks and the staff made sure that everyone was distance from each other. What I didn't like was the intrusiveness of the door greeter. After the usual hello's, the greeter asked "how can we help you?" I needed to withdraw cash...the person in response said, "how much? Because you can use the ATM outside or drive through". No kidding !! Did she honestly think I would willingly get in line for $100? The amount of cash I wanted was beyond my daily ATM withdraw limit...I knew this, that's why i needed to go inside. That said, I'm the customer right ? It really should NOT matter how much money I was withdrawing...just that I wanted it from a teller. I wasn't the only one who was given the "you can use the ATM" line... the guy after me just walked in said " getting in line " and practically ignored her...must have been a regular, LOL and knew the drill. I was going to give this person a piece of my mind but all Wells Fargo locations in the area close at noon...didn't want to risk "offending" someone and being refused service. If this was my home bank, I'd talk to the manager about the greeters inappropriate line of questioning. Thankfully, I may never be back to the area...but if I am will go to another location...where bankers appreciate that I'm the customer. One final note, when I finally got to a teller, that person was friendly and made relatively quick work of my request.

0 Stars! The worst customer service ever! And I see that there are other terrible reviews as well, so it's as if they don't even care. After the ATM machine gobbled up my money and my account was credited with 1 cent I went in to explain what happened. The young man at the door went to get a manager. Of course no manager came back to see me. Their answer was simply to call the 1 800 number. Seriously? I understand the broken ATM isn't their fault, but at LEAST PRETEND to care by taking my name and how much I deposited as a matter of record. WILL NEVER use that branch again!

Poor customer service slow they don't even make an effort to get to you I've been here for almost 2 hours to see an agent because I have an issue with my business account and they just came to me and told me we can't do it today because we are about to close and the agent hasn't finished yet with the previous customer embarrassing this branch is BC so all others I'm ready to move my accounts from this bank period.

Horrible experience, wasted my time with questions they could have simply asked me before starting the wait to get seen. Go somewhere else, unprofessional.

The reason they get 5 stars is Kevin. Mr. Rubio is the man. He runs my business account plus mortgage and everything is always smooth. No complaints.

Needed to open up a business account asap and was told they are appointments only. I then tried to book an appointment online and there was nothing available for the next 5 business days so I took my firms business to TD Bank, and will soon be closing personal checking at Wells also. Always impossible to meet with a banker there when you need it, and they close at 4pm every day. Terribly inconvenient banking at this location. The Pandemic is over, its time to get with the program and get back to business as usual. Thankfully TD Bank on 57th is great. Highly recommend.
