“Im actually posting this a few days late, but a mechanic cracked the rim on my wife's mercedes. To get that one rim was costing between $300 and $500 to match the set. And I would have to wait 3 days minimum to have it shipped. This was definitely unacceptable. I called and had the pleasure of finding this shop. They charged a a fare price and repaired the rim while I waited. I definitely recommend this shop. The customer service was great, and their service was impeccable. I saved their information and would tell any of my friends needing rim repairs.”

I was a walk in with no appt. As soon as I spoke with Yohan and got a quote, everything felt right, so we shook hands and they started on the job. Despite being pressed for time since my next destination was two hours away, they really looked after me like I was a regular and I was in and out. All 4 of our Tesla tires had their rims pretty scuffed up (idk how?!? ?) and I’m so glad Tesla recommended this company to me… they are MOBILE and will come to you! (Btw Tesla could only replace the entire wheel at $1500 PER RIM! LOL)
I texted on a weekend not knowing they were closed but Neela responded back and was able to get a technician to me same day. I was thrilled.
Mario came to me same day all the way in West Palm Beach and fixed all 4 rims good as new! He was so skilled and worked quickly even at night. And the cost is a fraction of what Tesla would charge for one. They look brand new!
Soooo happy and will never stress about scratching a rim again (although yes I will keep doing my best to stay away from curbs ?).

“I came into WTW after multiple bad experiences with other tire shops. When I walked in I immediately felt welcomed by the politeness I was shown and until I left I felt well taken care of. They were very communicative on when my car was going in, how far along the process is, and the immediate moment my vehicle was done. I went in to change only 1 tire and they took the initiative to check my tire pressure on all tires before I left without me even asking. Again I highly recommend Wtw for any wheels and tires you may need. The whole team was also very polite.
