Having been a patron of this Burger King location for some time now, I've noticed a few trends worth mentioning. Firstly, the customer service here is commendable. The staff are generally friendly, which contributes positively to the dining experience.However, I can't help but notice a decline in the quality of the food compared to what it used to be. While it once boasted tasty burgers and fries, the recent visits have left me slightly disappointed. The burgers seem less flavorful. This decline in food quality is somewhat disheartening, especially for loyal customers who have come to expect a certain standard.

The hamburgers were all burnt, I wanted to change them but the manager, Mrs. Espelanta Joseph, didn't want to and started yelling with a bad attitude and said she was going to give me my money back and they haven't done it yet, she stole my money.It was $40.00 dollarsI DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GOING TO EAT THEREI WENT WITH MY FAMILY AND IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCEPeople with that type of attitude should not be in charge.There's the Burger King receiptWednesday April 3, 2024I called Ms. Bernice Chatmon and she couldn't answer me. I decided to call back and I'm still waiting.I couldn't eat that day and the receipt that Mrs. Joseph gave me was the one I uploadedApparently they don't want to give me my money back.

Horrible service and will not return. I want my money back and want to report this store. I order online and came in friendly. As soon as I walked in the Employee Dieanna said they only have fries and nuggets and to cancel my order online because she could not do it and that's how I ordered. She needs to be retrained and or removed as an employee because of her rude attitude. Customer service, please get back to me ASAP. I already received an email from Kristen and am waiting for this to be refunded for $14.62 due to not getting my orders since the facility only had limited of food.

I passed through your drive through window on March 13, 2024 around 3:00 pm and ordered a Juniors Whopper Meal and the sandwich was placed in the bag unwrapped. I took it inside to show the young lady at the registrar who claimed her name was Shantel, who was very rude and unprofessional. I give this store a 0 rating because of the service I received which is unacceptable. I also let her know that she wasn't giving me anything that I didn't pay for. She needs to be retrained in customer service to the public. I will not be ordering from this location again. Irene

How this placed has managed to keep running without a drastic change to management or training is beyond me. This place doesn’t believe in customer service and they’re always out of items, like today I went and they had no drinks only frozen cherry and coke.
