Muy buena atención el día que fui a averiguar acerca de sus servicios y saque mi cita para hoy, cuando llego esta cerrado el banco con un cartel donde dice que pronto se restableceran los servicios pero no dice cuanto tiempo estará cerrado ni porque está cerrado. Desearía que me hubiesen avisado, el tiempo en esta ciudad es muy valioso como para perderlo en vano.

Wendelle at Chase Bank in Miami Shores is FABULOUS! She helped me get foreign currency for a trip we'll be taking and was friendly, professional and caring. I highly recommend working with her if you get the chance.

Went to bank three times to open a business checking account. Granted, I had a mistake in my original paperwork, but corrected it as was explained at the first interaction. The 2nd interaction....mistake had not been corrected properly as I made the corrections as instructed by the teller, and according to the 2nd teller, that was not what I needed to do. Third correction needed. Followed 2nd tellers instructions. Brought back all paperwork, etc and opened account. Thought everything was fine until I received a letter several days later stating the bank needed additional information. Did they clarify the information they needed, no. Letter also informed me my account would be frozen and closed in 3 days if they did not receive the mystery information. Called 800 number. One hold for 2 hours. No person. Call branch where I opened account. Was told someone would call me back in 30 minutes. No call. Called again. No answer. Called again. Was told they would call me in 20 minutes. At this point I still have the 800 on hold. Bank manager gets on the phone and tells me they need a copy of my drivers license, which I had given to the teller when I opened the account and apparently he did not copy it. I explain I have been on hold for over 2 hours trying to find out what the issue was and as I was traveling I would not be able to bring my id back to the bank until the next week when I return. Nope, they can not give me an extension on freezing my account for their error. So the account will be closed. What a waste of time.

Worst experience. The employees have no communication system and no knowledge of their position or customer service. They have me sign in, which I asked to speak to someone about a personal loan, and wait 45 mins for the next agent and when I get to sit down with the agent they tell me they don't handle loans at that bank. What!!! That's what I signed up for when I walked in, you could have told me that 45 mins ago instead of wasting my time. Piece of shit branch.
