Had recently completed both my personal & business returns with Gustavo Yentel an accountant with K7R Block which i highly recommend. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of the US tax codes and is very respectful and understanding. Although i had to wait longer than i expected but it was worth the wait. Gustavo is the man.

Came here filled out my taxes paid a good money for it ! Months later after I never received my refund , keeping coming back but there’s only an old man with a long beard sitting there , who can’t help with anything and btw is very rude . He says he can’t see well and the office is not even open ! Well the door is open and there’s a sign to come in .Bad experience!

They tried to charge me for services I already paid for. Then while I was on the phone with them they hung up on me I'm my face. Then when I got there the lady would not give me her name because I recognized that it was her voice on the phone.

I was one day early when me and Terry Williams at this location found out the appointment was scheduled for 4/16 Saturday. The next day I got to scape not to be late for my appointment although we are short staff at my job and I was needed!No body was at the reception by the time I arrived but minutes after a woman in ripped jeans came out from a cubicle and informed me that Mrs Williams was gone for the day "but another tax preparer would be taking care of me". An elderly woman had been rescheduled 2 times and went to buy a book to read while waiting siting next to me.After 20 minutes the woman in ripped jeans comes out to get lunch and say to me that "she reminded the personnel about me and the lady that came for the second time"Later another woman in blue dress could be seen making copies and looking the other way. Then she approached the front desk to answer phones and SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS!!!I also noticed when I arrived that first cubicle was occupied by someone who's name might be Jeffrey R. Stone. And voices could be heard from a woman and a man. The conversation was VERY LOUD and they spoke about trips to Utah and Europe while complaining about tourist that come to Florida. I recorded part of the conversation after noticing that he wouldn't finish his adventures, went on and kept going even by the time I left.40 minutes had passed and the woman in ripped jeans stands along with the woman on the phone, they greet another client that comes from the beach with shorts and flip-flops who insisted that the older lady and I should sit back and be patient after she saw that the customer that had been rescheduled was asking for the status of attention, and me asking why the service was delayed? . They responded to the lady to keep waiting, and told me that they were short staff. I told her that I came from work and I was busy and all of a sudden the customer in flip flops replied saying that she also came from work to shut me up so I told her that I wanted her job because she looked too comfortable and wet. She said not to judge her but I was just responding to the stupid comment she made about my concern.I told the women in ripped jeans and blue dress that not having enough people to provide services was understandable but having an agent who takes more than 40 minutes describing his vacations was ridiculous and her answer was that "he was not the person I had the appointment with" (THANK GOD because I didn't want to make visits to no one next to a dollar tree with no music, coffee or tv for such long waits), and "To keep waiting".... The lady in the blue dress took the fishy smelly customer to her cubicle and I saw how the poor old lady went back to her sit. Disgusting!!Of course I didn't wait. I'm not paying anything to see bad clothing, to hear non-sence or to feel ignored and mistreated. I have done my taxes with H&R block for the last 3 years and I'm hoping is just this location that is lacking real professionals.The end.p.s. not responding is a great response at this point.

Made an appointment at 9 am a few weeks ago. When I showed up, the woman said they had no appointments for the day. After looking me up (and I’m assuming seeing my appointment in the system since she didn’t say anything else about it) she told me they don’t have a single advisor in for the morning.I was then told that I could reschedule if I wanted, and sent on my way. Will definitely take my business elsewhere.

This place is the worst. The girl at the front desk was super unprofessional. She was talking to her friends on the phone while customers are waiting. They can not even navigate their own system to see if you made an online appointment. Overall, do not go to this location if you want decent service.
