This pharmacy has been my pharmacy for years and they have been good for me so far. The staff here works hard despite dealing with a lot of people. They definitely notify you when your medication is ready. Sometimes longer wait Times for medications to be ready are out of their control for example like waiting for their primary doctor to call back. All my family's medications are from this pharmacy and will continue to keep it that way for the years to come.

The pharmacist was extremely rude - rolled her eyes at me and questioned if I drove to the location after I mentioned I’d lost my ID which I needed for the meds I was picking up - all this while eating. When I asked about transferring the meds to another location that was more convenient for me, another clerk chimed in “she’ll still need an ID” as if that was the reason I wanted to go else where. I left there feeling extremely bothered by their lack of professionalism and condescending communication.

I appreciate the convenience of this place being at the Publix I shop at, and there is at least one nice person on the customer facing side, which is why I give it 2 stars instead of 1. Aside from that, they are really condescending for no reason, rude to the point of not even doing the most basic stuff (like saying goodbye before hanging up on you) and very often don’t have all prescriptions ready even after days. I always have to call and check or else they’ll only have some ready and I have to go back for the rest. I don’t expect shining smiling service or anything, but the treatment I get here often feels worse than I’d give to a stranger on the street.

Publix pharmacies in Miami have worse service ever starting from the pharmacist at the Miami Shores store to the district manager of the area. Pharmacist Natalie diaz, which is supposed to be the manager for the store literally lied to your face telling you that she has done something and when you confront her that she has not because you’re the office manager for the doctors office she starts making up things. I try to file a report to the Publix headquarters left, The complaint about the service and how pharmacist Diaz completely lied to my face and asked to speak with the district manager for the area. They took the notes down said they will call me in 24 hours and they never did that says a lot about the pharmacy In the Miami Shores area awful I will post in every social media a bad review about that pharmacy and corporate handling

Unknowledgeable pharmacists. This location is a mess and Mitchell did not provide good information about the prescriptions. First hold time was one hour and fifteen minutes, and I was hung up on, I called back and held for another 45 minutes with no resolution.

Christopher is the sweetest person. He was worried because I am a senior citizen and my shoe laces were loose so he made sure l walked around the supermarket with my laces tied the proper way. He did it for me. God bless employees like Christopher. Oct. 4th.2023 1:59 p.m.

I’m not sure if the warehouse or the district manager read all these reviews but they need to pay attention to this issue!! You have a pharmacy manager and an assistant doing what? And they are not short staff because I just counted 5 ladies including the assistant!! My wife is in pain and they are giving me the runaround to come back over and over.. really? They have no sympathy for the customers…. I wonder maybe they don’t get pay enough? Or is just what they learned from their managers? You can see how the service has come down from a few years ago till now, maybe they changed managers but you can see the change big times !!!! I hope someone take a note of this issue! I’m getting another pharmacy anyways!
