The shopping experience at this publix has been going downhill for a number of years. The staff are VERY slow and seem to not want to be there.
Many staff members do not speak English which is a problem for the majority of Americans that do not speak creole or spanish

Market than Walmart, better selection and smaller portions also lots of vegan and vegetarian options in yoghurt, cheese, milk etc.

I grew up going to this Publix and it was always such a nice experience until today. Parking lot is too small for the amount of customer volume they get. Michelle from the Pub Sub department was very confused and kept dropping the knife, spilling olive oil everywhere. Just didn’t seem like the was ready to be at work. And this was 1pm on a Sunday.
She took 15+ minutes to make a half sub, and then rang it up incorrectly and charged me for a full sub.
Everyone working here doesn’t have a sense of urgency like they used to. Very disappointed in this Publix. Used to be one of the best and cleanest.

Store is Low on everything always under staffed and busy , be very cautious also they are running a scam here. 2 for 1 on the shelf but when you scanning it just charges you full price. So if you are not paying attention that’s how they up sales in this location. Management sucks !!

I love this Publix so much…however today was different. I just came from deli about ten mins ago in rush to get a pub sub… I was next in line but young Latin lady just stood talking to her friend not doing anything for 6-7 minutes, she then said next even after being completely aware I was waiting for her to be available. I asked for Muenster said there was no Muenster cheese…. Didn’t even make an effort to go check and cut the cheese… which normally I try to avoid them doing because of the consideration… but she didn’t even try… she just looked in the tray in front of her and said they didn’t have it. It’s not a big deal but it’s the principle and putting the customers first should be a priority. This is the first time I’ve come to a publix deli and have been told somethings not available.

There was only one person at the customer desk, taken care of everybody. Including the people with their lottery tickets, the customer service person was Brenay She was rude and nasty. She never smiled, and she acted like it was a bother that I had to get a credit because I accidentally rang up my item twice she needs some education and customer skills. Celeste Walkup

Don’t order your sub online. Will never be ready on time and if you’re lucky enough for that they’ll make you wait in line to claim it. Gone thru this 5+ times never again. Avoid this Publix if you want speed and convenience

Never have an issue with Publix produce is always fresh. The only issue with this location is parking is limited for the volume they do. The store was very busy on Sunday morning when we were there... There were signs for "rooftop" parking but I didn't readily see the entrance to that area

The lady that works at the customer service with glasses is extremely rude like we just came to cash out a check and the lady was super rude for no reason we were so polite it was just to cash out a check the manager should really have a conversation with her, her name is Jossteh I think I spelled her wrong but super rude lady.

This used to be my favorite Publix location. One, because it's near my home and two, because employees used to be so friendly and helpful. It's been twice that I wanted to purchase some mac-n-cheese, potatoe wedges, and grilled chicken, and each time I left without even being acknowledged by anyone there. I just stood there, waiting and waiting, watching employees walking around, and no one even glanced my way. Awful service and very surprised for what I am accustomed to at Publix. Please do better Publix.

if you ever feel suicidal, please visit this place and it will make you feel better about your life. the staff here is like night of the living dead. God forbid you want anything from the deli, they have a full staff of people and even if there is no line at all it takes 20 minutes to get anything.
