This is worst T-Mobile in town! the staff overlook you and are not knowledgeable about promotions or next steps if you have a problem with your phone or service. My 75 year old mother asked if their was anything they could do about her being locked out her phone and one of the sales techs was talking loud and being belligerent by saying, "If I knew what to do about that I must know all your personal business." All he had to do was to say he couldn't do anything for her or did not know what to do. I had a bad experience there myself. The staff there is prejudice against black customers and the management is unprofessional.

Went in for a quick jump. Upon entering a woman asked what were we trying to do and without really letting us finish. She said there's a nationwide shortage and none of the locations can help you right now. Two other customers were in the store getting helped. & there was no shortage, I was able to make it to another location and get help. The worked at the other location laughed when we told him what occurred at the Miami shores location and said they just didn't want to stay later since the jump did take a while. Hopefully she's providing ass to the manager because if not that lady is robbing you while on the clock doing jack shit. This was 11/11 at 7:20pm.

Eli and Jeremy at the T-Mobile store were fantastic! They helped me transfer to a new phone and patiently guided me through the setup process. The service quality was genuinely amazing; if I ever need to return, I know where to go. Friendly staff and an overall positive experience. My T-mobile specialist, Raymond, was highly attentive and had a real good attitude. Thank you once more for all of your assistance.

Beware of this T-Mobile especially from an employee named Davion. I came in to get a new line and decided to add a phone to that. Davion attended me very nicely but I should've known he was going to stab me in the back with what he did to me and possibly to other vulnerable customers. He told me the cost and told me that was all the fees and taxes which I was like ok that's fine plus the installation fee, the phone, etc etc. I didn't put much mind to what I was paying. I got home and gave the person the T-Mobile bag who I bought the line and phone to and he pulled a Google charger so I asked "that came in the bag?" and he said yes so that was when I ran to get my phone to see the digital receipt because I didn't even get a physical receipt and mind you, I got a Google Pixel 7... This guy charged me for a freaking charger that first of all, I could've gotten a charger that's cheaper at Amazon... And a Google Pixel 8 case... Which BTW, wasn't in the damn bag. All those accessories were not authorized by me, I didn't give the man CONSENT to purchase those. He added those in there telling me that everything was going to cost so and so because the taxes, fees, installation blah blah blah. I come back to the store spoke with an associate and the associate told the manager. Guess what the manager told me? She said "We first have to call Davion to see what the situation was and then we call you to come back to the store to get a refund. That's company policy." I called the 611 number to report the issue and the representative who attended my call was in shock and told me they had to give me my refund there.

Everytime I go to pay my bill in person the store charge a $5 fee and in top of that the clerk even made the horrible comment on my face “ I hope they raise the fee” so I asked why? And he responded “so you dont come to the store and pay yout bill online! I think his name is xavier. Please trained employees with a better customer service.

Beware of this location. There's an employee that works there by the name of Alex. DO NOT WORK WITH ALEX. HE IS A FRAUD AND WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO SELL STUFF AND NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE CUSTOMERS MONTHLY BILL OR THE FINACIAL IMPACT IT MAY HAVE ON T-CUSTOMERS. He sold me a watch that he said would be free but did NOT tell me about the line that comes with it. I tried to confront him about this but he was a coward and ran out the back door. I feel like I was scammed. Will not come to this location ever agin.

I had a terrible experience at this T-mobile store recently. The staff were rude and disrespectful to me. They made me feel like I was not welcome or valued as a customer. This is not how a business should treat its customers. I felt discriminated against and humiliated. They even called the police on me and tried to ban me from the store, but I never did anything wrong or illegal. This is outrageous and unfair. I have nothing against the store itself, but the staff need to be replaced or retrained. T-mobile should take action to address this issue and apologize to me.

I had a very bad experience at the T-mobile store. I went there to buy a simple phone, but the salesperson kept pushing me to buy the most expensive phones. They ignored my preferences and budget, and showed me phones that I did not want or need. They were very rude and unprofessional. I felt like they were trying to rip me off. I left the store without buying anything. I do not recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a good customer service and a fair deal.

When you go to this store, ask for Raymond!After being to several T-Mobile stores, we were skeptical but got pleasantly surprised: Raymond knows everything to provide you with the necessary info to make an educated decision, patiently answers questions so you get the best deal, and - on top - he is a very pleasant, courteous person!A pleasure to deal with - highly recommended.
