“I just went into this Publix in Sunny Isles Beach looking for a bottle of wine I had seen on sale last week. I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. I was about to leave when I thought I'd ask someone. A manager was sent over to help me. His name is Ray. He immediately went over to the shelf and found 3 bottles hidden behind other bottles. They were still on sale!! But I was so impressed with this gentleman who knew the inventory so well that he knew what I was talking about and found it for me. He's great. Promote the man!! Unfortunately, the Lemon Pepper Chicken was all sold out so that was a bit disappointing but I got my wine. Thank you, Ray!”

“Very nice supermarket to make necessary purchases. It is a little more expensive than Walmart, but it has everything you need and more variety of meals made to take away and heat. In addition, it has a pharmacy inside Publix itself, which is accessed through the parking lot.”

Publix is usually my go-to when I want a delicious sub. But today the new deli assembly system caused a long delay, and no one acknowledged customers waiting in line. Even the employees said the new process needs improvement.
I’m still a loyal Publix shopper — just hoping management rethinks how the deli line flows. I’ll definitely return, but will avoid peak deli times for now.

“Friendly employees and a well organized store. Not my regular Publix, but, even in a rush, I found condiments and desserts easily, no stress in the aisles! They were closing because of the rain deluge but the store manager was just as courteous and kind with us shopping till the last moment. He gave us local advice, too, what flooded street to avoid. What a sweet guy!”

“I placed an order at this publix location and they misplaced my order. I left the store disappointed. 15 minutes later, I received a call from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience. He told me they were going to get my order ready and the manager himself delivered my order 40 minutes later! Wow truly amazing!

“I had an excellent experience shopping at Publix today. I called ahead to make sure the stone crab claws were available, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind on the phone. “If you are looking for a replacement for Publix go elsewhere. The place is older but they do have all the existential.Lots of fruits, vegetable and meat options. This is the one place you will find organ meats, hearts livers, pigs feet and bulk meats as well.Prices are better than Publix but you will not get the ambience.They also have a good variety of cafeteria food as well.To me it's worth it just for the specialty meats.”

“I needed to grab some juice and was in the mood for a sub this morning, so I stopped by this location. It was my first time there and I loved the retro look and feel of the store.
After grabbing what I needed, I went to the deli where Vonna prepared my sub. She was such a sweetheart and recommended that I get the chipotle Colby Jack cheese next time. She let me try a piece and it was delicious. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and Vonna definitely made my day!”

“This is by far my favorite place to shop in coconut grove. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They recently remodeled all of the coolers so that any of the chilled goods are now behind cooler doors. Not sitting out on shelves , thus keeping all of our food fresh longer. A significant upgrade for a budget grocery store.”

“Publix is often light-years ahead of any other available stores. I recently noticed my whole foods stock rising faster than my publix stock, after researching i did see that whole foods surpassed publix, at least in florida.
The reason I came here today is-I'm a huge fan of Publix and frequent this particular spot. I had just picked up my Hawaiian bread when a young Gentleman by the name of Leonardo, walked up and threw the box of bread he was carrying right onto the ground. At first I thought it was an error, but after watching him he clearly had no regard or awareness of reality. He took no interest in how close he came to hitting me as he threw the box of bread down. He's haphazardly applying the price stickers with the bread sitting right on the floor. I don't believe Publix trains the workers to have such disdain for the product or the public. Its definitely not my place but let me just say I think this little Ninja turtle needs some retraining.”
