When you go purchase a vehicle, you expect to have knowledgeable and respectable people working there with you. Sadly, I was paired up with a bunch of buffoons and bozos and honestly I don't know how in the world this place is still in business. My wife and I went in there looking for a brand new car for our newborn baby so we wanted to upgrade we were recommended this place, honestly after our experience here I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone we actually bought a 2024 Chevrolet equinox and the purchase took quite a while to the point that our insurance agency was closed and the sales person literally said take the car without insurance. Drive safe and come back tomorrow to do the insurance. That's insane. Secondly, I'm still being charged for my previous car that was a trade-in because they never sent over the check of the purchase of that vehicle. We called them and they said oh your transaction was number approved by the bank. So how in the world did I drive away with this vehicle? Very unprofessional? Where is my car the trade-in? Please Jesus help meCar had chipped paint for a brand new vehicle. Car sales man not answering his calls. They sell you the car and wash their hands as if we won't pull up to the business Fortunately we can have legal help and sue them so let's see

Buyer Beware!!!! we bought a 2024 Chevy High Country yesterday. We went through with the purchase, but I want to warn...the words, UNETHICAL , SCAMMERS, CROOKS, are words that come to mind!!! They tried to convince us that that are not making money, but add in all kinds of numbers that they have a hard time trying to explain. they do not disclose additional fees they add at the finance table after you have already negotiated your price. Our experience was horrible! Even by the end of the 5 hour process, the finance guy couldn't get the numbers right and had to re-do finance papers about eight times. so unprofessional!!! they kept sneaking in additions fees that they couldn't really explain. we had to fight like hell to have them make it right. they even would leave off our $5000 deposit! If you decide to do business here, CHECK YOUR NUMBERS over and over again. man your ground. if not, these snakes will rip you off. we are happy with our truck, but wish we had walked and taken our business elsewhere! their "Tropical Advantage Plan" well, let's just say BS!!!!! what a joke this place is!! you have been warned!

Once you buy a car from this place, they don't care about you! I just purchased my first car from this dealership in October, and 2 weeks later my check engine light came on requiring maintenance from the dealership. I've been trying to get in contact with the service department for over a month now because they sold me a used car that had a faulty part. Each time that I've called to ask for an update on the status of the part being delivered, they give me the run around, and they tell me that call me back and they never do and it's ridiculous! Don't even waste your time!

This dealership made the whole process of buying a car really easy. They were friendly and very honest about the questions i asked. I will definitely be coming here next time i get another car! I recommend Mario Costa as a salesman, he was fantastic!

I was very impressed with everyone trying to make sure I was helped thank you for a wonderful experience!!?????

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & MISLEADING INFORMATION! BEWARE! We inquired about a car posted on their site, then we received a call to make an appointment for a special VIP offer to seat down with the manager which was going to “expire in two days’. We confirmed the appointment at 7:00pm on the same day of the call. Drove 1:30hr in the rain and got to the dealership. At first we were told by a sales rep, that the car was in service and they couldn’t show it to us (mind you we had the appointment to see that car) , so we requested to speak to the dealer manager- Jorge. He informed us that the vehicle was not even there, and that it was at their other location and told us that he will find details and get back to us in the morning. Next day @2pm, we received a call from the sales rep to schedule another appointment at the other location to see the car, which we did. Planned for my husband and I to leave work early, drove again and a block away from the dealer, the sales rep that confirmed our appointment for today, called us to inform us the car had been sold in the morning. I proceeded to call the manager Jorge and so careless confirmed the car got sold. Why couldn’t he call us to prevent us from heading to the dealer and taking time off from work? What type of customer service is this? They play you to get you in, are very pushy making follow upcalls to make appointments to then play with your time and then offer you a completely different vehicle. This Tropical Chevrolet is a JOKE! From upper management to sales reps! NEVER AGAIN! GO ELSEWHERE!

Took my 2022 Chevy Equinox to be serviced yesterday, My service advisor Ms.Maria Reyes was nice and very professional, She was very patient and very detailed with me. She explained the different services my vehicle will be needing. She keep me updated throughout the entire process. I will definitely be back again to see her. I highly recommend.

This place to trash. Sadly, I got 3 cars from this place and it's been mistake after mistake. My first vehicle, they kept ordering the wrong part and it never came in. Sold me a lemon, so I switched for something else. Management didn't acknowledge me after how frustrating it was. Car #2 I kept for a year then it started acting funny again so I got something different. Car #3 I had for 6 months and when I got something repaired by someone different they even told me they sold me a lemon. Tried to get a new car with them this month and none of the managers called me back for 4 days! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE IS IT NOT WORTH IT!!!! If I could give 0 starts I would. Never again.

Quisieron vendernos un auto usado del año 2018 por $18,832 ojo el mismo carro en mejores condiciones y con menos recorrido lo encontramos en $12,500. A demás de eso nos cobraban fees innecesarios y solo en fees salía casi $5,000 "dándonos un descuento de $4,000" mismos que recuperaban con dichos fees. Por suerte me crié en un ambiente de autos por mi papá y se el calor que tienen los autos y cómo se devalúan dependiendo las condiciones en las que se encuentren. En fin muy mala experiencia.Ahórrense tiempo y no visiten esta concesionaria.

I had my 2020 Chevrolet Bolt in both the service department and the dealers body shop. The service department was well organized, and I spoke to three employees who were all very professional. All three acknowledged my presence immediately and were willing to stop what they were doing to help me find the right person to talk to about my car. The actual Service Manager (when's the last time you got to speak to one of them when there was not a major problem) took the time to speak with me and address my concerns.I cannot say enough about Tropical Collision Center. This is what you hope the facility will be when you take your car for body and paint. My EV was involved in a thankfully low speed but critical impact requiring extensive metal work to the left rear door opening and quarter. I have some experience with body work, and I can say without hesitation that the technicians at Tropical not only have the skills to do highly complex metal repairs but, the dedication to make sure that the repairs on the inside that you CANNOT see are performed as well as the ones that will be visible. This kind of craftsmanship developed over a lifetime does not come cheap to be sure. At least now there is one place you know of that you can get something done properly, if the quality of the repairs to your car are important to you and good enough is not good enough. I monitored the various stages of the repair and could not detect where the panels had been welded back together. The visible spot welds on the repaired side compared favorably in position and number to the ones on the untouched side. The paintwork contained no fisheye imperfections I could see and the color match was spot on. I had recently had to send my GMC back into that dealer’s shop because that paint match on the metallic grey had not been acceptable, so I was impressed with the quality of the paint work at Tropical on the more complex dark metallic orange. The staff here were also professional and more importantly care about their customers. Tia will answer your call, answer your questions, or get you someone who can. Gianni managed the operation and Frank advised me on my particular job. They are a team that can and did get the job done. This was not a quick or simple job but, I did not have to keep hounding and calling them, THEY called me and kept me informed.So, do I recommend Tropical Chevrolet? Yes, I will.

The salesman was nice and cooperative, however when the sales man or sales manager were asked about financing options they played dumb and said you have to ask the finance guy which is not true since the pricing of the vehicle takes financing into account and I just wanted to know what my options were which they never told me. I am intelligent and would have been able to decide which option was for me and bought the vehicle that did not happen. In your sales meetings you talk about this so the Salesman lied when he said he did not know. I just want people to answer questions honestly not only half truths; And then I asked twice to give me the Sticker from the vehicle and I still do not have it.
