This used to be a great small post office, but the service has declined significantly. I keep my PO box here because it's close to home. Bad customer service, the interactions often feel like I’m interrupting their day rather than being helped. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in what was once a reliable and friendly location.

This is my local post office and I've used them for everything from prepaid returns to buying stamps to sending international packages to money orders. Usually very little wait time, and friendly interactions with the experienced and efficient staff. It's so convenient and pleasant (unusually so by Miami customer service standards) that I'm honestly afraid DeJoy will shut this location down. Treat the staff with kindness and respect and it will be reciprocated!

I love this post office. The best service I’ve ever received at any post office! Wendy is so helpful and so kind. I’m always a mess going in there and she’s always going above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. Thank you Wendy!

Not bad! Returned a package. Lisa and Yolanda were helpful, professional, and understanding as it was my first time mailing. Keep in mind there's no printer. Local library charges 25¢/black and white page, cheaper than FedEx. Bring cash!

Horrible service from all workers at this location. Why would they not change the people in this location. They are super unprofessional and they would sign for your certified mail by themselves. Example: I had a terrible experience where I had a certified mail being sent to me, they signed for the document themselves. Then a month later I got an email that my package was picked up and signed for. One of the guys at the front desk Terry is so horrible. He is the worst public employee I have ever encountered. Super unprofessional, no patience with customers and overall just a bad employee. Please change all these people.

Walked in today asked a simple question about writing the address on a package and labels. I was chewed out by an Angry Black woman who claims her name was Lisa. She proceeded to go back and forth with me aggressively even went so far as to taunt me to report her. I asked for the supervisor she told me sarcastically she wasn’t there. The location is nice but the customer service is ugly. I told her this is not how you speak to customers she told me she doesn’t care.

There are 10 people in line and only one girl handling all the orders at the post office.
It would be great if more employees could work during peak hours so that we wouldn't have to wait more than 30 minutes to send one envelope.

The worst customer service and so rude. Not informed or helpful! They should all be fired!

First time here to drop off a pre-paid package. It was around 2:50 pm. on a Tuesday. There were no lines. Just one customer. Very quiet. It is hard to believe compared to other post offices close to this area. I wish it was closer to my home. The postal lady was very pleasant and friendly. She handled the process professionally, and I was out in a couple of minutes.Parking was on the street, but it was right in front of the post office. Free parking. I will try to stop by here more often to do my mailing errands.

The Post Office in Miami Shores, Florida, is very convenient. Staff are knowledgeable and efficient. I won't hesitate to come back for any postal needs I may have.
