One of the standout features of V3P is the knowledgeable and passionate team of instructors. They possess a wealth of expertise in their respective disciplines (shout out to Mike ! ) and are genuinely committed to helping their clients achieve their fitness goals. Whether it's a strengthening (My absolute Favorite one ) the instructors always bring their A-game, pushing us to our limits while ensuring proper form and technique. The instructors seamlessly blend cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises to keep the workouts engaging and effective.V3P is a game-changer for anyone seeking a fitness studio that delivers outstanding results in a supportive and motivating environment.

Happy to write this review for V3P. This is my playground where there are talented people such as Michael Michel with years of experience. He is a one of a kind trainer who knows the perfect movements to keep you in shape and well fit. He also knows the corrective exercises to keep you safe from injuries and to promote the perfect recovery. Additionally we have our cardio trainers Sebastian and María Jose who add energy and enthusiasm to our daily workouts. The gym gives well structured classes for small groups, taking in consideration the special needs for every customer. This is the place in the area if you want to be healthy and fit.

Ralph is one heck of an amazing coach. Every one of us were so motivated by his teaching skills. I was so sore for 2 days. As a former performer….that’s a good thing. I moved from Edgewater to 114th and Biscayne. Where Ralph teaches, he’s one of my favorite 3 in this area. I wish the class started at 6:30 x

Having a coach that really targets your goals and caters to your needs is HARD to find, but Coach Mike is far more than just a coach, he is your guide, your motivator, your sergeant in the most positive way and most importantly a coach who becomes your friend that cares about your health. I'm ecstatic to finally say Mike is "the one" !! if you are looking for real results (and quite honest V3Perform is quite addicting) look no more, this is it :)Thanks Mike!

Great place with intense classes and available personal training. Coaches and trainers have a real eye for when to dial up or dial down the workouts depending on the clients. Taught me a few stretches that I use as part of my daily routine.

I'm happy i took the boot camp class here yesterday. Woke up so sore! Trainers really motivate you and provide alternatives for when something looks a little hard lol, but def a kick of endorphins early in the morning from here is A+. I will come again :)

I'm so glad that I found this place. I was struggling with my weight. I injured my wrist and foot and couldn't workout how I used to. I was feeling discouraged, but my friend suggested I try this gym. Desperate for change, I decided to give this place a chance, and I'm glad I did. The coaches are very supportive and willing to work with you. They have no problem modifying a workout when needed. They'll help you build strength and endurance. I especially love working with Mike! His one-on-one sessions are fantastic. Mike has helped me recover from my injuries, lose weight, and increase my strength. I'm grateful to have such a great trainer! If you ever get a chance to come to V3P, ask for Mike! He'll help you accomplish your goals.

Michael is SO knowledgeable about the body and muscles everything training related. Ralph’s boxing is such a good burn and he def knows. his. stuff. If you’re going to do it, do it right. Thank you V3P for this unique gym and keep it up!

Feel fortunate to have found V3 Perform. My initial goals were to increase strength and flexibility. I had been having neck issues and I now have no pain when turning my head. Posture and strength have improved. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and is able to motivate and accommodate for various levels of skill and ability.

Really enjoyed classes at V3P. I was looking for a place to work out in the area and found this gym. Located on 87th street, really close to Biscayne Blvd. Parking is available in front of the gym, they share the parking lot with a couple of other businesses but no issues finding a spot.The studio is well kept and clean. There is a place to leave your belongings and a waiting area with a couch and a big mirror. They offer several classes, I have tried strength training with Alain and cardio boxing with Alexa. Both of them were really nice and welcoming and explained how the classes would run. For the strength training class, we used weights, bands, jumping boxes and body weight exercises. Alain explained all exercises and was checking on form. He even asked what type of music we wanted to listen while working out. For the boxing class, bring your gloves if you have them or you can rent them there. Alexa went through all the exercises at the beginning, the class is set up to spend half of the time using the punching bags and the other half doing other cardio exercises. I will be back to try their bootcamp!

I just wanted extend my appreciation and gratitude for V3P! Today I woke up at my goal weight :) I really am grateful for how Michael Michel pushes me to be better in so many functional ways. He really has taken the time to help focus on the weak spots, and has helped me increase my strength greatly.Every coach is amazing and pushes us to be better, they are all extremely knowledgeable and accomplished. The culture they have created is fun, inspiring, and challenging. It's everything I could hope for in a gym. I am so happy to be a part of the V3P family!
