If I could give them no stars, I would. The customer service here is one of the worst I have ever encountered. First of all, no one looks at you they act like your not there. They take their time when changing cashiers almost on purpose. They are just terrible and not nice people

Worst branch ever, no tellers, manager tries to do look busy so he ignore customers, avoid going there, needs new management, go to another branch, it will be worth the drive

I sit in Wells Fargo as I write this review. I'm afraid it might be my last written form of communication because the wait has been so long it feels as though it has been days, possibly weeks since I've had food or water. I have yet to receive any form of aide from this scarcely employed outpost. My battery is almost dead. I hope I make it out, but there is no certainty. May all those who read this stay far away.

Totally agree with the other reviewers. I went on Oct 3rd and it was a mess the "greeter" was as useful as decaf coffee. They should use that payroll and hire another teller. It's worth the drive to go to any other location. It will probably be faster even in rush hour traffic than to wait in that line.

A very long wait time. But even if you see a rep that's another long wait for them to get through to customer service for another rep to answer their questions for them to help you, You would think that the local reps would have access to separate customer service line. If they do it doesn't seem so. Better service elsewhere

The worst customer service ever ... you have to wait about 2 hours. "Nathalie" she is disgusting. I will not come to this bank again.
