I lost my phone in Miami Florida. I'm from Tampa area. I walked into this AT&T store. Explain my situation and the gentleman working there said oh I can replace it but but while you had insurance will take care of it… Trying to handle 5-6 people at one time not even sure if I'm the only one that had a problem you should focus on one before you move to the other but I'm just saying don't know your job. I had a phone that I paid off $1100 cash and my phone should've been replaced with just paying maybe the taxes on it not another $1100 phone that I'm now paying installments on when I didn't even have the first phone for a year yet and now I'm paying 1100 again on the phone that I lost makes absolutely no sense to me. This is insane so in one year I'm paying $2200 for two phones and one I have and one I don't and somebody's trying to activate the one I lost so and this store the guy won't even admit he was wrong. He's arguing with me. He's not wrong crazy watch yourself focus

Great service by Kirsten and her team!
ATT customer service sold me iPad and fiber services that didn’t even exist! When I rcvd my bill, I visited my local store and Kirsten helped me for two days to resolve all the issues created on my account. Honestly, it wasn’t even the stores mess up and she took charge in helping me! I can’t thank them enough!
